I stayed here for company business. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery. You can cook food for 5 people at once and eat it around the table. It was also convenient for meetings and workshops. You can also rent bicycles, so vegans and vegetarians could cook their own meals without having to worry about eating out by buying ingredients at a nearby supermarket and storing them in the refrigerator.The tatami mats and cotton cushions were comfortable.The second floor has two bedrooms and a toilet. One room had two beds, and the other room had two sets of mattresses. It was clean and I was able to sleep very relaxed.This inn is especially good for long-term stays. There is a cafe next door called Tsubonaka Coffee, where you can enjoy deep-roasted coffee. They say they will take you to your inn. There were also gluten-free muffins that were vegan-friendly. It had a matcha flavor and was delicious.

The Guest House Nishijin Yui is located on a beautiful and quiet side street in Kyoto, not far from the Imperial Palace. The small house is equipped with everything you need, in the kitchen there are many high-quality appliances for cooking and dishes as well as a large refrigerator. There are 2 floors that belong to you, no one else lives in the house. On the upper floor there are two small bedrooms, everything is new and tastefully decorated and really very clean, everywhere! In addition to the kitchen, there is also a comfortable sofa for two on the ground floor. There is also a washroom, bathtub and an extra room with a toilet. The hostess is incredibly nice, friendly and helpful! I would have liked to have stayed longer. Really a great discovery!

We spent one night here - very tastefully decorated and great guest house. There are two sleeping rooms on the first floor - one in Japanese, and one in European style. The furnishings are new and high quality, with a great sense of aesthetic detail, so even the most demanding vacationer will get their money's worth. The kitchen is well-equipped, there is a sofa and a large flat-screen TV on ground floor, in addition to the kitchen. The guesthouse is located in an authentic Kyoto neighborhood just between the Golden Temple and the Imperial Palace. The landlord is very kind and helpful. Clear recommendation !

I rented it for one night because I wanted to have a party without worrying about time with my friends who all live in Kyoto.There are business supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, and you can also rent bicycles, so you can go shopping together and have fun together, as everyone goes to get ingredients and alcohol after meeting.It's fully equipped with amenities and kitchen goods, so all you have to do is pack your bags and go to the public bath.Everyone enjoys cooking while eating and drinking, those who want to take a bath can take a bath, those who want to talk can talk until late at night, and those who want to sleep can go to bed.There are two bedrooms on the second floor, a Western-style room with two beds and a Japanese-style room with three futons, and a toilet, so you won't have to worry about the voices on the first floor. The bed and lighting were comfortable.Living room, kitchen, bath, toilet, bedroom, everything is clean and tidy!!Having a party at home can be tiring from all the preparation, cleaning, and cooking, and there isn't enough space to accommodate five people. And you don’t have to clean up afterwards!!It's a dream retreat, a place just for fun.There are condominiums overseas, but they are expensive. Hotels with kitchens are starting to appear in the city of Kyoto, but they are expensive. Yui-san was so clean and well-equipped, yet the price was so reasonable that I felt the kindness of the owner.It is also ideal for families and couples staying for a long period of time. I also want to have a party with my sister and her husband next time, so I'll definitely be returning!!!
