This has been here for a long timeI was curious about Chugu Onsen.I went to take a bath on a day trip.Located near the entrance to Hakusan White RoadThis is a quiet hot spring. As the seventh wave of coronavirus has become popular,Can I put it in? While thinking thatI came here with my family while driving on a mountain road.Hey...the building is at the top.Parking lot...large enough to park 3 or 4 carsIt's not that wide. The building is old... look at the year number. The building was built about 40 years ago.By the time we arrived, it was past 2pm.Although it was Sunday, there was only one young man in attendance.I was there.Bathing fee 600 yen,Shampoo and body soap availableAs the building is old, it has a Showa era vibe.It was a bath. There is a peculiar smell in the changing room...It felt a little harsh to me.What kind of smell is that?It was only 2pm, so we were the only family members there.I wasn't there, so I rented it out.The hot springs were great. It was a little hot. It was better to go in beforeThe water was hot, probably because I had adjusted it.The hot springs are a light brownish color. At my feet, there is something hardened by ingredients from the hot springs. It was crowded. When you enter, your skin becomes smooth. It was worth coming from far away.I would definitely like to go again during the autumn foliage season.

My daughter and I came here for a day bath. 700 yen per person. Although the weather was not good, I took a bath while looking at the remaining autumn leaves. The temperature is high, which is my preference (you can adjust the temperature by using the gutter inside the hot spring water). The depth of the bathtub was just right and it felt good. Body soap and conditioner shampoo are available. It's from Paula, and it's very fragrant and relaxing with the outside scenery. There is only one hair dryer, so if you are in a group of women, it might be a good idea to bring your own. I was disappointed that I couldn't drink Kuromoji's cider as it was already sold out this year. I have been drinking a lot of Chugu Onsen, which is effective for the stomach and intestines. This year's business is scheduled to run until November 23rd.

The natural maitake mushrooms steamed in a clay pot were exquisite. It seems like it's so hot this year that I can hardly harvest any mushrooms. The owner of the inn apparently stumbled upon it while in the mountains, and served it to me as steamed clay pots and tempura. The smell and taste were great, and they were even better than matsutake mushrooms. The inn has the best hot springs and food!I have nothing to say about it as other people have said. I am grateful for the hospitality of the owner, whose personality shines through in conversation, and the chef who served the food.I was happy to be able to relax after climbing Mt. Hakusan. From now on, it seems to be the season for natural name mushrooms. This is a hot spring inn that you want to stay at forever.

Enter the White Road from Gifu and exit from Chugu Shrine to the first hot spring. I stopped by for a day trip to the hot springs. There isn't much parking, but there seems to be a parking lot under the inn. There is a beautiful landlady. The inside of the hotel has a retro atmosphere and is clean. The hot springs flowing directly from the source were smooth and satisfying for the first time in a while. After the hot spring, the drinks such as Kuromoji soda were delicious. I would like to stop by again.

The road to this point curves just before the Chugu entrance on Hakusan White Road. Although it was not a paid section, restoration work following landslides was being carried out here and there. It seems to be an iron carbonate spring containing salt. It had the best atmosphere and quality of the spring water. When you look outside, the greenery is wonderful and there is a valley nearby. The windows were open, so it was cool and it felt like an open-air bath. The bathtub is filled with hot spring ingredients and has a very atmospheric atmosphere. After taking a bath, I drank Kuromoji ice soda. I think the parking lot at the hot spring inn is for about 3 cars. So I parked at the parking lot in the valley at the bottom of the hill. There was a warning that it was impossible to park on the side of the cliff due to falling rocks.

Stayed for 1 night during Golden Week. Even though the accommodation was cheap, I was able to eat some incredibly delicious food, and I kept groaning throughout the meal. My wife also highly praised it. There's nothing like soaking in a good hot spring. There is only one indoor bath, but it is quaint and nice. I would like to use it again.
