The calm room, the terrace where you can enjoy the greenery, the open-air open-air bath, the coffee service in the lobby, the library corner, everything was wonderful. I want to repeat it every season.

I have not evaluated the guest room because I used it for a day trip bath. The hot spring bath is wonderful. The quality of the sulfur springs is excellent, flowing directly from the source. The staff, including the front desk staff, are wonderful. It was a hotel that made me want to stay here next time.

This time I came to take a day trip to the hot spring ♨️Day-trip hot spring fee if you eat lunch at a restaurant1500 yen becomes 1200 yenThe hot water is a sulfur spring drawn from Yumoto Onsen. The color of the hot spring changes depending on the outside air and weather.Usually the hot springs are pure white, but the sulfur springs are nice.

Nikko is the setting for Jin Mayama's ``Hugetaka''.The scene in which the hero and heroine look out from a mountain pass at a view of dancing golden eagles is memorable. When I think of Nikko, I think of vultures. With this in mind, I stayed at the Chuzenji Kanaya Hotel. A shuttle bus will pick you up from the Nikko Kanaya Hotel, so you can enjoy Irohazaka with peace of mind. The hotel is not gorgeous, but the architecture, furniture, and wood are abundant. You can spend a quiet and relaxing time in this calm space, not only in your room but also in the lobby, lounge, reading room, etc.Lake Chuzenji is right next door, and during our stay we took two walks in the afternoon and morning, admiring the ever-changing beauty of the water surface. I might like Lake Chuzenji as much as Lake Towada.I was glad that the breakfast, which was served to me rather than a buffet, was calm and relaxing. The strawberry jam that came with the bread was fruity and delicious.I took two baths in the greenish, milky open-air bath and was very satisfied.Due to the shuttle bus, I stayed as much as I could between 3pm and 11pm and enjoyed my favorite Chuzenji. It was a one night trip, but it felt like two nights.

I suddenly came up with the idea to enjoy the late summer and went on a workday. Apparently it was the last room, and it was fully booked that day.I took the bus bound for Kotoku Onsen from Tobu Nikko. I rented a co-working space from the time I arrived to the time I checked in, and worked in a refreshing manner. It was a pleasure to have everyone take good care of me. About 15 minutes walk to the boat pier. I was able to go to Tachiki Kannon and British Embassy Memorial Park on the Lake Chuzenji sightseeing boat. The tea room in British Embassy Memorial Park is run by Kanaya Hotel, and we took out scones and enjoyed them while waiting for the ship. The number of shuttle buses from the hotel is limited, but I was relieved that two buses would be prepared if the number of passengers exceeded the capacity. The food is delicious and the hot springs are nothing short of soothing. I want to go out again.
