Although it is a little far from the station, I am very satisfied with the courteous customer service. The guest rooms with open-air baths are very spacious and the temperature is nice and warm. If you go to Kinugawa Onsen, this is a good choice. The food is perfect, and you can enjoy plenty of delicacies from the mountains and the sea. I was lucky because I could watch fireworks from my room.

Spacious and clean room. Delicious kaiseki dinner and Japanese set breakfast. Friendly and professional staff members, especially the lady who served us our meals. Love the view from the balcony.

I originally made a reservation for a group hotel next to Hotel Toga no Toki, but since that hotel was still closed amidst the coronavirus pandemic, the hotel contacted me to thank me and said that I would like to book this Toga Toki for the same price as my original reservation. I was offered accommodation at the hotel, and my family and I decided to stay there.As we were refraining from traveling and going to the hot springs, we were all really impressed by the hotel's thoughtful and sincere service, and we were able to relax in the guest room bath. We were also grateful that each group was allowed to bathe in the public bath at different times, so that they were not crowded together, and that they provided us with two meals a day.Also, after the coronavirus situation calmed down a bit, I was able to stay here and rest.After staying overnight and resting, it's fun to go to the outlet park in Nasu.

I forgot my credit card in the room after check-out. Hotel staff drove to the train station to bring it to me. Staff is beyond helpful. You can book a private onsen. Free shuttle to the train station. Rooms are oldschool japanese style. Best curry ever two minutes down the road. どうもありがとうございます!

I used it to go to Nikko Toshogu Shrine with my mother!Even though it was a weekday, I was very satisfied with the quality and service for the price.I have used various hot spring inns, but personally, my satisfaction level was in the top five.Below are some concerns from other people's reviews.・The open-air bath was lukewarm ⇒ It was warm.・Poor response ⇒ No problem at all. Rather excessive.・Walk to the parking lot ⇒ Yes, it's a walk, but it's almost next door.The food was delicious and I could feel the ingenuity.The portions are large, so come hungry.The shared bathroom is a little small.There is no particular complaint as it is attached to the room.We will also take you to the parking lot on your way home.Thank you for your help.I would definitely use it again if I have the chance!

It was the best hot spring innGood points・Even though it is an open-air room, 25,000/person is too cheap. The room was quite spacious and I was able to relax.・We use a lot of rice from Tochigi, and all of it is exquisite.・The customer service attitude was very good. As mentioned in other reviews, there are many foreigners, but the restaurant is full of hospitality. When I work in a foreign country, there is no way I can speak and behave so well, so I respect you!Points you may be concerned about・A short walk from the station. But it's okay because there is a shuttle service.-It looks a little old. But the room is very clean so it doesn't bother me that much.・The amount of rice is large. Although it was a happy cry, I thought that some people might not be able to finish the delicious food.・The hot spring that everyone in the inn can use is small. Therefore, I felt that they put a lot of effort into rooms with open-air baths, so if you are staying here, I highly recommend that room!It was a really nice inn, so I would definitely like to stay there again!

Kinugawa Onsen is generally more expensive, and compared to other hot spring areas, the cost performance is lower. Although it's next to the river, you can't see the river from your room. The rooms here are also clean and have a private bath, but it's not a hot spring, but it's a reasonable price. The parking lot is far away, so they provide transportation and the customer service is good. I felt like everyone did their best. Unfortunately, the woman who called to confirm the reservation was very unpleasant and told me that her name would be withheld.

My overall impression was that the facilities were not provided for the price of the stay. The feel of the room, the availability of equipment, etc.Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, so I was satisfied, but I could hear the couple next door talking, so I felt like something could be done about it. I used it for one night.The room, customer service staff, and food were all very good.The person in charge of customer service in the room took care of even the smallest things, and I think it was thanks to them that I was able to spend a comfortable time here.The food was delicious and I would like to go again.The downsides were that the woman at the front desk lacked hospitality, and the public bath was small, making it feel a little lonely.Everything else was very good.

Staff service level is low. There is no sense of hospitality.I think I just happened to meet a low-level staff member, but I must not forget that the low-level staff member I happened to deal with is also the face of the hotel.

Although I was very satisfied with the customer service and food, there were three disappointing points. The first thing is insects. The room had an open-air bath, but there were a lot of stink bugs, so it wasn't a good environment to take a bath. I took all possible precautions, such as turning off the lights as much as possible, but several of them came into my room and the smell was really bad. I think it can't be helped that there are bugs, but I didn't feel like the hotel was making any effort to prevent bugs. I wanted a spray or something to deal with it. The second item is the rental of DVD players. Players can be rented, but DVDs cannot be rented. Originally, we had talked about bringing a player if it was provided, but when I looked it up on the internet, it wasn't listed as provided or in Q&A, so we didn't bring it. I thought it would be nice if there was a description on the website if it was available for rent. The third point is the outside view. To be honest, I can't see the Kinugawa River at all. Also, I can't take a bath because my room is completely visible from the building next door. I thought there would be some sort of blind, but there wasn't. (There may have been, but there was no explanation.)

Perhaps because the timing of our reservation was good, the price seemed very cheap at 20,000 yen per person! thank you~!I went by car, but the parking lot was about a 3 minute walk from the hotel! Even though it's close (*^^*), there's even a shuttle service! At first, I didn't know that there was a shuttle service, so I accidentally parked my car near the entrance of the hotel, but they said they would pick me up and came from behind to the parking lot.The room was nice, too. wide! The best! The open-air bath in the guest room was also great ♡ The people at the inn were very kind, and the foreign employees were also very polite! thank you very much. I can't eat all the food! ! But it was delicious ♡ I was satisfied ( *´﹀`* )Also, it was nice to have a relaxing meal because the dining area was a private room ♪ In the morning, it was interesting that the breakfast contents were slightly different for men and women ♪ It was new and nice That's what I thought!I definitely want to go again!

First of all, I was a little disappointed that the parking lot was far away.The room was too big. There is no private semi-open-air bath, and I was disappointed with the indoor bath.The food was delicious, but I was concerned about the noise from other tables. The salmon for breakfast was good. ? The sea bream was hard to eat as it had only bones. The bathroom is normal, nothing special. Overall, the accommodation fee was normal.I think the foreign staff and all-you-can-drink soft drinks at the counter bar were good.

This is my first stay!Overall it was very good 🩷The food was one of the top 3 I've ever had! The inn itself is old, but it was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. It would have been better if the open-air bath in the room was a hot spring, but the large public bath was a hot spring, so it was soothing. I want to go again! There are various reviews out there, but I think some of them are written by pretty harsh people, so I think it's worth a visit ✨✨
