I stayed in the special room Ozora.Compared to the photos on the website, everything is so spacious and luxurious that it can be said to be a fraud. The indoor bath is large enough that even my wife and I, who are 170 tall, can sleep together without bumping into each other, and the outdoor ceramic bath is also a little larger than the typical type. The sauna is spacious enough for two people to sit and stretch their legs, so you won't feel stuffy at all.The water bath is also cool and great.Above all, the sound of the river and the wind feel good. The rooms are fully equipped with detailed facilities and amenities.I stayed for several nights, and on the first day I had a two-color hotpot dinner. At first, it was a bit unsatisfactory for us big eaters. That's what I thought, but by the time I finished eating, my stomach was just right, and it was perfect for me to spend the rest of the day comfortably. The contents are as follows: The soup stock is delicious.I'm sure there are plenty of delicious dashi soups out there, but is it a little different from what you'll find at other restaurants? It has a unique flavor that can only be found here, which makes me feel relieved. The contents are mainly made up of local vegetables, which makes it even more difficult to explain how the proprietress loves the local area.In particular, the radish has a distinct bitterness, and the turnips have a lingering earthy aroma, making them carefully boiled. It tasted delicious. On the second day, we were served a special dish with the recommended ingredients of the day, and the portion was so large that we had a hard time finishing it.During our time, the cost was just under 70,000 yen per person per night, but I think rooms elsewhere would cost 100,000 to 150,000 yen.Still, I think I'll be satisfied, so I'll work hard again tomorrow to earn money with the goal of coming back.

It's a large room with a river flowing right next to it, with a projector and a counter table. There is also a bedroom, a small raised area, and two balconies. One of the balconies extends from the living room to the bathroom, and although it's not shown in the photo, there's also a hammock chair. The baths include an open-air stall, a cold bath, an indoor cypress bath, a sauna, and a shower room. The bathroom is spacious with two sinks. Refa hair dryer. There are also Bermuda lamps and speaker lamps. With so many items, there won't be enough time to stay! And for dinner, we had a variety of local foods. The persimmon gratin was delicious. In addition to wonderful facilities, it was a fun inn with the homely feel of the landlady and the feel of an old folk house.

I stayed at this inn on my wedding anniversary trip. The building has a nice approach from the entrance to the inside entrance, and the inside is spacious and decorated with hina dolls and other things, making it a very nice inn.The view from the room along the river was great, and the sound of the river was soothing.Although it is an old building, everything was clean. The landlady and staff were always smiling, kind and provided the best hospitality. The meals made with lots of local ingredients were very delicious (rice, eggs, daikon radish, soba porridge, etc.) and were dishes that made my body happy. The proprietress explains the dishes, and you can feel her love for the local area so clearly that it makes me feel relieved! The bath was also designed in an interesting way, and the indoor bath was spacious and relaxing.Nothing to say about hot water! My skin is already smooth (*^^*)There was a basket that I could take with me to the bathroom, which was very convenient as I could put my clothes in there and take it with me.The dressing room is also very beautiful! It's clean and comfortable. However, it was cold everywhere except the room, probably because it was the day after it snowed. We recommend that you dress warmly!

Hot springs are the best! The landlady taught me how to take a bath without getting cold. The selection of Japanese sake is amazing! The food is also delicious!

I used the hot springs for a day trip. The water was nice and soft. The facilities were getting old and I had to find a place where I could use a shower properly. On November 11, 2023, I couldn't use the open-air bath because it was too warm. With the Nasushiobara coupon, ¥800 became ¥500.

Kamiaizuya is a pure Japanese-style inn located in the center of the hot spring town of Shiobara. Many day-trip hot springs at accommodations in Shiobara are only available during the day, making this a rare hot spring that can be used from evening onwards. The location along the Hoki River gives you a good view of the view from the lounge, but the bathroom is along the road, so it's not designed to enjoy the view. The bathtub is spacious and has a suitable temperature. Is there a limit of 2 people in the open air for men? Many of the showers are out of order, which is a bit of an inconvenience, but the overall atmosphere is good. There was also an exhibition of literature passed down from the Edo period in the historic Shiobara area, and even though it was a day trip, it was a hot spring that you could enjoy in addition to the baths.

I think opinions are divided on the fact that the futon is laid out from the beginning, but I personally like it.
