Cleanliness is average. If I had to say it, I'm concerned about water stains in the bathtub. My room was on the second floor, but the sounds from the first floor were still echoing. The reverse is also true, and I think my own sound is probably the best.Anyway, it's on par with Leopalace, which has too little soundproofing. This is an inn where your ability to spend a quiet time depends on whether or not there are a large number of people nearby.Check-in is unattended using a tablet provided in the facility. The punch line was that the reservation number required for reception was a phone number, not the number listed in the advance reception email. Other people have written the same thing in their reviews, so the advance notice email needs to be improved.Since there is no meal, it makes sense that there are no seasonings for hygiene reasons. There are pubs, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, so it might be a good idea to eat out and eat whatever you like.Since accommodation costs are low, I feel that the customers lack morale. The same goes for restaurants, but cheap places attract disappointing customers. There's no manager, so it's an illegal area that looks like a student dormitory. I feel sorry for the neighbors too.

I stayed there for around 45,000 yen during the Obon period. I thought it would be cheaper than a hotel and would be a good place for 5 people to stay, but considering that meals are not included and you have to go all the way to Kinugawa and it is not a natural hot spring, I would probably stay at this facility again outside of the busy season.I didn't end up cooking this time, so I can't comment on the usability of the kitchen.Good pointsNew and beautiful. An artificial hot spring with a semi-open-air bath.Non-human.There is a TV and a projector.Full of amenities. Bath towel, face towel, toothbrush, body towel, cotton/cotton swab, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, hair dryer,Refrigerator/freezer, washing machine + laundry detergent, rice cooker, microwave oven, coffee makerBad pointsReception is difficult to understand. The reception desk is a tablet inside an unmanned container. I got an error with the reservation ID, and it was the reference ID. By the way, the person next door seemed to have a phone number. It was raining, so there were puddles of water in the hallway outside, making it slippery. It's not a natural hot spring. During the busy season, many nearby hotels close day trip bathing facilities early. This is my rating considering the cost performance, but if you can stay for around 20,000 yen, I recommend it.

Used on weekdays in the first half of August Used Rakuten Stay 4.5 times a yearfamily of 4Fee: Just under 30,000 yenPurpose of use Leisure[About rates and rooms]I actually wanted to use village, but it was fully booked so I used this. Even though it's the off-season, it's cost-effective at just 30,000 yen.Regarding check-in, this facility has a separate reception desk, which is different from regular Rakuten Stay, which is troublesome. In addition, the room PIN number is not a regular phone number, but is displayed after reception.→This is really complicated. Please note that the number you will be asked to enter at reception is a phone number, not a reservation number. Please change the display of the input screen to phone number 💢Also, it's easy to miss the room PIN number that is displayed when you complete check-in. Also be careful.People checking in at the same time were also confused. Please make sure you can check in in your room as you would at any other facility.Regarding the guest rooms,The semi-open-air bath and natural hot springs were pretty nice. It's on the balcony so be prepared for insects. As for the kitchen area, you will probably be bringing your own food and cooking, but the number of tableware is small and there is only the minimum number for 4 people. I think it would be better to prepare paper plates. Minimum cooking utensils. Two-mouth IH is difficult to use and frustrating. No oven, only microwave. It would be nice if you could use the BBQ grill, but there are no tables or chairs for eating outside either. It's a battle against insects at night, so if you're not good at it, I don't think it's really possible. Also, it is not suitable for use in bad weather or winter, so we recommend that you take this into consideration. Also, the space for eating is very small, so I think it's best not to get too excited and try to make a lot of things. It might be best to just eat out and sleep. But also beware of too few food options. When it comes to purchasing food, we strongly recommend purchasing at a supermarket in Imaichi City rather than Kinugawa.[As a general review]If you're just looking for value and sleep, I think it's very good in terms of cost and cleanliness.Even if I'm wrong, I think you should reconsider if you're celebrating an important anniversary or have too many people. The concept is different from Rakuten Stay Villa, so don't ask for too much.

It is a condominium type apartment with all kitchen utensils, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, etc. There is also a barbecue stove on the terrace. You can also bring your own food and enjoy a barbecue ♫As others have mentioned, the tableware is not microwave safe, so heating is provided as an accessory. It's best to use aluminum foil and heat it on the barbecue stove.Amenities are minimal, but include a toothbrush, cotton, cotton swabs, and 5 sets of body towels. There were also 5 sets of towels.Make reservations about 3 months in advance rather than last minute reservations. That's a pretty good price.I made the reservation through Agoda, but the price varies considerably depending on the travel agency.I think you should look into it carefully. This time it was a weekday, so there were no concerns such as noise ♫

The room was well-cleaned and I felt comfortable. I have used Rakuten in other places, but Nikko is wonderful! I will use them again!

1. The kitchen is good, but the quality of kitchenware is subpar. The non-stick coating of frying pan and stockpot are worn-out and damaged. Toxins will be released during use. …
