Although it is located a little far from Lake Yunoko, Yubatake and a bus stop are nearby. |Even though Utsunomiya city is .35 degrees, Oku-Nikko is 25 degrees, so you can spend a comfortable time there. …

This is an inn where I felt the cost performance was not very good.・The facility is clean.・Stay barefoot or wear socks inside the facility.・The in-house wear is similar to Samue.・The taste of the food is average and the quantity is small.・Since it is in Oku-Nikko, the quality of the spring water is of the highest quality.・However, the bath is small and tends to be crowded.・Staff's hospitality is high.I don't really have any complaints other than the food, but I felt that the service wasn't worth the weekend price. I really like Oku-Nikko and have stayed at three other hotels in the area, but personally I don't think this is the best.

The interior was new, the hospitality was good, and I felt comfortable. The thing that made me feel most at ease was that all the servers at dinner and breakfast were wearing masks. I feel that it is important for those involved in meals to wear masks, not only to prevent infectious diseases, but also from the perspective of food hygiene, which has become a frequent issue these days.[Good points]・The rice was delicious.・Even though it was the busy season, there seemed to be enough staff at the cafeteria to provide courteous service, which alone impressed me.・We made one request in advance for a family with special dietary needs, and they graciously agreed. The care we received on the day was perfect.・When I arrived in the rain, the staff brought an umbrella to my car.・I received cold tea and sweets immediately after arriving.・The women's area and changing room seemed to be well-maintained and clean. In particular, there were no insects in the open-air bath, so it was very pleasant to use.[Notes]・The mattress is very thin.・As a general rule, walk around the facility barefoot or wearing socks. Disposable slippers can be provided if you ask the staff. The inside of the building is carpeted, but my family, who suffer from severe sensitivity to cold, was afraid to spend time without slippers.・The air conditioner in the guest room is a little underpowered in the midsummer heat. After lowering the temperature setting considerably, the room temperature finally reached a comfortable temperature for sleeping.・The hair dryer in the women's bath does not produce warm air. It is better to use the hair dryer provided in the room.・Lotion and other products are available in commercial bottles in the public bath and guest rooms. Individually wrapped amenities are not readily available to customers, at least not within easy reach.・Breakfast during the busy season will be crowded right after it starts.

It was my first time staying at this hotel, but it was a good hotel. There were no negative aspects, not only the hot springs but also the staff, the room, and the food.I had a very comfortable stay from the time I arrived at the parking lot until the time I checked out. What I noticed is...There were no slippers for use in the hotel, so I wore white tabi-type socks provided in the room, but the soles of my socks did not get dirty at all during my stay. I was impressed by how well-maintained the cleaning was in every area. The timing, explanation, and taste of the meal were perfect. To be honest, I was concerned about the deterioration of the faucet in the washing area of the indoor bath (to the point where you can't adjust the temperature), but it can't be helped in a sulfur-based hot spring. It was a good hotel so I will visit again.
