It takes about an hour to walk from the nearest bus stop (Motoyu Onsenguchi). The secluded feel of this popular secluded hot spring inn was the best.The hot springs include mixed bathing, women-only indoor baths, and private baths. The mixed bathing high concentration sulfur spring was very pleasant. It is 100% sourced directly from the source and is extremely fresh. There are two mixed indoor baths, but the smaller one was hotter and the larger one was a good temperature. What surprised me was that the changing rooms in the mixed bathing area were the same for men and women. Sumi-no-Yu seems to be rare and famous, but I wasn't particularly impressed. The hot spring appears to be drinkable, but the faucet for drinking the hot spring is rusty and doesn't work. There was no place where you could drink the hot springs.The meals were served in the room and were very delicious with lots of fresh ingredients.I would definitely like to come again. On the way back, we were taken by bus to Shiobara Onsen Bus Terminal.

Founded in 1920. Take a day trip bath at a secret hot spring in Shiobara Onsen, Tochigi Prefecture.We are particular about using our own ``100% natural source'' and are the only one of its kind in Japan. ``Sumi-no-yu'' is a jet-black hot spring that contains a lot of iron, and ``Goshiki-no-Yu'' is a hot spring that changes color depending on the weather and climate. You can enjoy hot springs.Anyway, it was a super rich hot spring!The hot spring ingredients are so strong that the electrical appliances in the building will break down within a year.It is said that even towels turn black due to the black hot spring flowers.Sumi-no-Yu is a mixed bath, and the women-only hours are from 2:00pm to 3:00pm.If the private bath is empty, you can use it for 40 minutes for a fee.In the open-air bath, you could enjoy the view of fresh greenery while listening to the sound of the clear Akagawa river flowing below.I can't believe you can enter such a superb hot spring for only 800 yen. . !When you wake up in the morning, your legs and feet will feel refreshed and warmed to the core.I didn't get to go to the ink bath this time, so I definitely want to go again.

The water was nice.It feels good to alternate between the lukewarm charcoal bath and the hot five-colored bath.The building is damaged in some places, but considering the quality of the spring water, it can't be helped.

The other day, someone was pouring a lot of water.It was lukewarm, the hot spring was thin and the worst.Both the charcoal bath and the open-air hot water are actually the best, but it's a shame.I'll come back later

This is an inn that is a member of the Japan Secret Hot Springs Preservation Association.I stopped by to visit the hot springs.It is famous for its two baths, the ink bath and the muddy bath.Sumiyu is a little warmer,I was able to soak in it slowly.
