I was surprised and disappointed when the Japanese staff member (an open-faced woman) restrained my dog's leash with her foot. Do you want to step on it? Even though it was a situation where I could have controlled it with my hands. I've been going there for about 30 years, but I've been thinking about what I'll do in the future. It's a shame because the person who came to the room was very polite and kind. The food was luxurious but salty and not good. I'm really disappointed.

The customer service and facilities were very good, and I had a lot of fun bringing my dog there.The breakfast and evening meals were also very delicious.Unfortunately, when I turn on the air conditioner in the room, I get stuffy nose and sneeze.The whole family is now.I was unable to enter the public bath at the time I wanted because the time for switching between men and women at the bathhouse was a little strange.Although there were some disappointing points, thank you very much for the very good memories.I want to go there again.

First of all, the building is very old. The elevators are small and slow, and employees use them to serve meals, so it's hard to get in. The room is clean, but there is no ventilation fan in the toilet, so the smell is trapped, or maybe it's permeating the room.Immediately after arriving, the explanation of precautions suddenly started, making it difficult to check in.The kids were getting bored, and the dog was nervous since it was his first time there, so he wanted to go to his room as soon as possible.There are two large public baths, and they are interchangeable, but because the time is set half-heartedly, you can only use one, and the temperature of the hot spring is too hot for a leisurely soak, and children are not allowed in.The worst part was that the air conditioner in the restaurant was covered in mold.I felt so sick that I couldn't enjoy the meal at all.I can't accept this price with this response. I spoke to the staff about the air conditioner, but they only apologized.It can't be helped that the building is old, and the staff's response is not bad, but there is no attention to detail.I took my dog with me and stayed at various accommodations, but I was disappointed in the accommodation.

First of all, as soon as I entered the room, I was disappointed by the smell. Although the cleaning is thorough, it is too smelly. Laundry half-dried? It's like a mixture of the smell of tatami and the smell of tatami. The toilet was so smelly that I couldn't relax. My sister and her husband stayed in the room next door, but it didn't seem to have a bad odor. However, their room has an air purifier, but our stinky room doesn't have an air purifier.The five of us took one room, and my sister and her husband were in the next room, but as soon as we arrived at the hotel, they said, ``The room we booked was small and it would be too tight for five people, so why don't we move one person to another room?'' Even though I had made a reservation for 5 people, I was suddenly told that the room was small and I felt like I was missing out. Moreover, it was a bit difficult to move to my sister and her husband's room, and even though we had to split up the rooms due to some circumstances, it was really unnecessary. It's actually small when you lay out a futon, but you can lay it out separately, and if you weren't told, you'd think it was that way. Those words made me feel dark. I wish I had been told that at the time of reservation.Also, the pet supplies are different from the one in the next room. We each brought one pet with us, and while there were pet treats in the next room, there were none in this room. A message from a guest in the room said there would be plastic bags for pets, but there were none.It's normal to not have these kinds of supplies because it's just a feeling, but I felt really sad that I was the only one who didn't have them even though other people had them.When it comes to customer service, it differs from person to person. I didn't think it would be slippery, but I felt that it was built to be dangerous if it slipped.Since I was staying for several nights, I was happy that they changed the menu for dinner and breakfast, and it was nice that there was a dog run. There are cute photo spots, cute decorations and illustrations, and a cat room.Overall it was disappointing.If you are staying overnight, be careful as the shop only sells small souvenirs and the vending machine is only small. There is a convenience store nearby, but it is recommended that you buy something before returning to your room.

There are plenty of dog runs. I think it's good among hotels that specialize in pets. However, it is better not to imagine a normal hot spring inn or hotel. I guess it's up to the staff. There are many foreign staff. It is better to avoid eating in your room.
