We stayed with 3 people, and the room was very spacious, clean, and the facilities were new. It was equipped with a kitchen and home appliances, making it convenient for long-term stays. In particular, the artificial hot spring in the room was very comfortable and the temperature was adjustable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. In addition, the surrounding area is quiet and rich in nature, making it a relaxing environment. I think it's the perfect place to spend some relaxing time with family and friends. I would definitely like to use it again next time. Highly recommended! We stayed as a group of three, and the room was very spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The kitchen and appliances were well-stocked, making it ideal for longer stays. The highlight was definitely the artificial hot spring in the room , which was incredibly comfortable with adjustable temperature, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The surroundings were quiet and immersed in nature, providing a relaxing atmosphere. It's an excellent place to enjoy quality time with family or friends. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The guest room was clean, but personally I was concerned about the large spider web near the ceiling and the torn sofa. However, among the hotels where you can stay with dogs, it is absolutely beautiful!I have a garden, but the grass is so wavy that I can't let my dog out.Having a projector is amazing! It seems that there are no spare facilities (additional blankets, etc.) that are provided at ordinary inns. If you are sensitive to cold, please take precautions.Check-in is done by yourself using a tablet, but to be honest, it was difficult to tell if the check-in was completed or not because the screen didn't change. Also, the operator who answered the call was a foreigner, so it was difficult for the other party to understand my questions well, and it was also a problem for me as well.If you don't want to meet people or are choosing based on cost performance alone, you will be satisfied with the same as other reviews. However, it is disappointing that the service is unable to respond when you have a problem. This was the first time I stayed at an inn where I was told that the local staff didn't know what to do and asked to go to the headquarters or the operator.

I used it on a regular family trip with my dog. Although we had to make an early reservation, the cost performance was excellent and the trip was a step above. The unattended check-in was smooth and I felt safe. Repeat is confirmed.

The location and rooms are clean, but there is only parking for one car. Once confirmed, please park at a nearby coin parking lot. It's inconvenient.

It was built in a good location in the center of Nasu Kogen. If you can walk to the convenience store, there are many restaurants nearby. My family and one child stayed for one night in a room with a jacuzzi. It was mid-May 2024, but it was cool in the morning. There is no air conditioning, only ventilation and heating. It's very spacious, but I think it gets warm quickly. The bath, jacuzzi, washer/dryer, projector, dining table, coffee maker, and tableware were nice.I have visited Nasu Kogen more than 10 times, but this is my first condominium. The latest, highly designed furniture is just as exciting as visiting a hotel for the first time. It's good to be able to use it freely. I love the jacuzzi and the dining table on the terrace. The terrace area is extraordinary and I guess it feels good.I didn't cook the meal. I only stayed for one night, so I didn't have to buy ingredients and prepare anything. However, the large area is very spacious and makes you feel relaxed.I drive an EV Tesla, and there were 4 free charging machines. I think it's really good.My children and wife were satisfied and liked it, so I thought it would be a good place to visit Nasu Kogen every time. There are several different room types that I would like to try.The bath was also nice.

Great accommodation with plenty of parking space for vehicles. The room is large with a private bathtub, and the water is not sulfur, which is good for me since I do not like sulfuric onsen water. It is easy to book, and check-in and checkout is also easy.
