☆Well, I guess it can't be helped💦☆In the first place, Kawaji Onsen itself has become a little lonely, hasn't it? Like Kinugawa Onsen, there are hotels and inns that have gone out of business and have been abandoned... all over the place, and it's nice to see them lined up across the river from this hotel. You're ruining the view of 🤣This hotel was acquired by a nationwide resort company, so it has been maintained to a certain extent, but the entire building is old, so it's a shame that it hasn't survived. However, I felt that the staff made an effort😀. Is it good that both the large public bath and the open-air baths in the guest rooms come from the source? Meals are served in a spacious restaurant with breakfast and dinner buffet style🍺🍴, and late check-out allows you to have more time.(There is a promenade along the riverbank, and you can walk from the cute 💦 symbol spot to the longest one, Ryuokyo. It's also affordable to explore spots that trace the history of Kawaji Onsen ✌)

It's a hideaway, it's quiet, and considering the price, I'm satisfied. If you are concerned about the small details, I think it would be better to spend tens of thousands of yen at another hotel.

It may be a coincidence, but there are very few people here. There are so few customers that I think the management is in jeopardy.I stayed for 2 nights,Large public bath: Almost always reservedBreakfast and dinner: 2 or 3 groups in a venue that can accommodate 100 people.People I passed in the hallway: 1 groupI think it's a great place for people who don't like crowds. The hardware seems old, and there are parts of the footbath and balcony of the open-air bath that have not been repaired and are broken, but the footbath is only a few minutes walk away, and the balcony part is not used, so the impact is small. is.I laughed because the passage to the public bath was so far away. Personally, I don't really care if everyone would be more satisfied if the places they pass by were kept clean. There are also problems such as the door of the public bath slamming shut and making a loud bang noise, and the door of the sauna, which normally closes on its own, being too light and being left open by people leaving. . I would like this to be fixed.I have no complaints about the room. It was a good thing that the refrigerator's cooling level was set to max, so it was freezing cold.I was concerned that the windows were dirty, but even if they were clean, the outside scenery was full of ruins and looked dirty. The food was like a typical buffet. There were too many employees in charge of the hall compared to the customers, so it was a bit uncomfortable.I was happy to have 6 types of my favorite ice cream, as well as soft serve ice cream. It wasn't crowded at all (in fact, there was no one there), I was able to relax, and the price was reasonable, so overall I was very satisfied.Of course, there are some dissatisfied points, but I would go again if it were cheaper.Depending on the date, there are days when the same plan and the same room can be 4 times as many, so I would never go on those days. It's not worth it.

It was the worst hotel ever.Accommodates 3 people. I reserved a room with an open-air bath, and when I entered the room, I found that the ceiling of the sink near the window had fallen down. The foreign staff did their best to accommodate us, but the Japanese staff who came later were the worst. Just excuses and no apologies. I was asked to change rooms, but in the next room, I looked in the closet to lay out a futon for one person as it was a twin, and found the futon in tatters. The fabric of the mattress was torn and the cotton was exposed. In the end, I slept directly on the tatami. When I use the vending machine at night, I don't get any change. When I went to the front desk, the Japanese staff from earlier met me. Excuses there too. The next morning, I quickly checked out without even having breakfast.

The windows in the room are dirty. There was bird droppings and there was no sign that the windows had been cleaned. Not recommended for those who want to enjoy the scenery. There was a dried lizard on the balcony, and I was speechless. Futons are self-service. Only the front was clean. The food and bath were good.

This is my first time in a hotel that is so dirty and old.The floor is warped and makes you lose your sense of balance, and the whole thing is dirty even before you enter the door.At this point, the tension decreases. From the moment you enter the door, there is a distinct smell. It's probably not earthquake resistant, so I just hope there won't be an earthquake.Although it has been renovated, it still has a dirty and Showa feel that cannot be hidden.Even in areas that have been renovated, the wallpaper is peeling and looks dirty. The rooms were not cleaned properly either.Full of spider webs and dust.Low reviews are not a mistake. In the room facing the river, in front of you are a group of ruined buildings.I got a room with a bathtub, but the bathtub was forced on the verandah, so there was no place to wash my body, so I had to first wash my body in the indoor bath in a separate room and then run to get in.There was only a trickle of hot water, and it took a long time to fill the bathtub. If you take a shower with the hot water running, the amount of water will be low, so both will be half-baked, and it's very inconvenient, and I was told to be careful not to use too much hot water, but I didn't feel like I was in a hot spring. The breakfast buffet is mostly Japanese and frozen food. The kids room is also pretty surreal.I don't think I would want to let small children play. There are almost no shops nearby, and I have to drive to Nikko, about 20 kilometers away, during the day and night. There are no meals available at the hotel, so you'll be in trouble if you just eat there. The only thing I can praise is that my hair is smoother?I don't recommend this hotel because it's a hotel that I wouldn't come to even if I paid for it.It's better to pay double and travel comfortably.

It's old, but the hot water is really good, so I'll come back again and again! !The water comes directly from the source and is slightly alkaline, so it warms you up and has a different effect! The open-air bath faces the mountain, so it feels great to enjoy nature!I also like how it looks like a cave. There's also warm water available, so you can bring your kids in too! There is an arcade and free table tennis, so the kids are happy and say they want to go again! !I will go again because the hot water is good and I want it to last forever! !
