My husband and I stayed here in early July for an overnight stay. It was close to Nikko Toshogu Shrine, making it a perfect location for other Nikko tours. There seem to be pros and cons, but the rooms with natural hot spring open-air baths were the height of luxury. We also used the private open-air bath. It felt so good. I slept well. The check-in instructions were thorough and the staff were very pleasant. My husband and I were both very satisfied. It's the perfect accommodation for us.

There are many insects in the open-air bath, and the curtains have gaps, so it is not suitable for people who are not good at it.The walls of the room are thin and you can hear walking sounds. For breakfast, walk outside to the annex. When it rains, my feet get wetNot suitable for people who are sensitive to insects and noise. For those who don't care, it's reasonably priced and you can relax.

Great for those who want a relaxing hot springMy husband and I have stayed here many times.Kajial people tooMy husband and I are both smokers, so Eurocity is better for us.There are two private baths available after 10pm, which is great. As for the food, the menu doesn't change much with the seasons, so I get tired of it, so I would like to see some changes in the menu. When I went in June, the way they had dinner at night had changed. There was a terrace where you could choose from steak, pizza, sushi, Chinese food, and soba noodles and eat them with a ticket and cash.I'm glad it's changed so much

I went in winter, and the open-air baths in all rooms were very nice.Meals are a little expensive as you have to walk to a nearby related hotel. There was nothing particularly good about the food.

This is a maisonette type room. We stayed with 2 adults and 3 children, and there were 2 single beds on the 1st floor, 2 on the 2nd floor, and a futon. The open-air bath in the guest room was nice with the water flowing directly from the source. At first, it was very lukewarm and I didn't know how to adjust the temperature so I couldn't put it in, but I was able to adjust it in the morning and put it in. The walls of the room were thin and I could hear the sound of the door next door. I went with my child so I was very careful. Breakfast and dinner were a buffet, and although there wasn't much variety, we had crabs at night, so we were satisfied. It was delicious. It was a pity that there was no public bath. However, the people on the phone were friendly and the explanations from the front desk were concise and easy to understand.
