Very pleasant atmosphere and very good hotel service.A very special place to enjoy a break in the middle of nature, with an excellent thermal water system.Recommended to enjoy with family or a group of friends.

Tanakaya is the best!It looks old, but the observation bath and private bath were nice. It was a set with golf, and the cost performance was good, and the robatayaki was delicious.I want to go again!

This is my first time at a ryokan in Nasushiobara. The waiter was friendly. The room smelled musty and had small insects. When checking out, I noticed an insect repellent machine. I wish there was an explanation at check-in.The employees were wearing masks, so were they serving customers with a smile? It was difficult to understand. Some employees said it was scary. The room had a musty smell, but the same was true of the ryokan in Yunishigawa Onsen, so I have the impression that ryokans in Tochigi smell like mold. I myself am from Utsunomiya, so I wish the Tochigi ryokan the best of luck!

I went there because I wanted to take an open-air bath, but there aren't any changing rooms, so I guess it's difficult for women to go there. The irori hearth dinner is exquisite. The building is old and may have some inconveniences, but it feels like a good old hot spring inn.

From August 16th, I used a room on the top floor with an open-air bath.I was scheduled to check in at 3:00 PM and arrived at 2:45 PM, so I waited quietly in the car, but the staff came to greet me early, guided me inside, and allowed me to enter my room before 3:00 PM.The guest rooms are spacious as shown in the photos, and the rooms are well-cleaned.The open-air bath in the guest room has a spectacular view and the hot water is perfect, so I took a bath three times. All amenities were available, including coffee, water, tea and sweets.I chose to have dinner in my room this time, and I was very satisfied with the volume and taste. We ate breakfast at the venue, but there was a separate buffet with stews, boiled tofu, and salads, so it was a happy miscalculation!Above all, Mr. Nakai, who showed me to my room, had very good customer service and I enjoyed talking with him. I go on hot spring trips every summer and winter, and I think this was the best one I've ever had. I strained my lower back just before going on this trip, but the staff noticed that my lower back was hurting, so they brought a comfortable chair and cushion for me to sit on during dinner. It was really helpful. I actually wanted to thank you when I checked out, but...I would like to take this opportunity to thank you as I was unable to meet you.I was really satisfied with the sense of tradition, and the attention to detail that needed to be kept clean.I will stay here again when I visit Nasu. thank you very much.

The hot springs were very niceFirst of all, the first thing that caught my attention was the way the young man in charge sometimes spoke in a sarcastic manner. I think the customer service is good, but the mysterious excuses that sometimes appear are a waste! The breakfast was delicious, but the dinner was...disappointing. Honestly, it wasn't delicious. The vegetables in the hot pot were also not good. The taste is weak overall, is this really a pine course? That's what I got the impression of. Personally, I was really looking forward to cooking, so I was like, Wow. I've been to a lot of inns, but I was honestly surprised at the quality for this price. Is the fireplace more luxurious? I don't know, but...

I was looking forward to it, but when I suddenly entered the room, I was surprised by the smell of cigarettes coming from the air conditioner! I almost wanted to change rooms. Clean the entire air conditioner. I can't help but feel sorry for the future guests!

The person welcoming us is a foreigner. Is Mr. Nakai also a foreigner? ? ?Have a relaxing dinner in your room. The room has been renovated... Bed is normal. I'm concerned about stains on the seat of the chair. The door has no chain.I booked a standard room, and the toilet and bath in the room were small. There are also steps. However, there are three large public baths: lukewarm and hot.Jet bath and sauna too!The elevator is right near the room, so you don't have to walk long to reach the public bath. There is a large public bath immediately after getting off.Jet baths are noisy and I thought it would be nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, but I don't need a jet bath!Even though it's a nice bath.Dinner was light and tasted like home-cooked food, so it was delicious.Breakfast is served at a designated place and is very delicious. They brought me a second helping of rice, so I was glad I didn't have to use a reusable rice paddle. The air conditioner in the room is quite old and makes noise.I'm glad I had an air purifier! The hostess was the one to see us off. He is a pleasant person.I will visit again. It was an overall good inn.Next time I would like to make a reservation at a higher price.
