A homely hotel with acceptable sound insulation. Parking is also easy. Breakfast is a hearty Japanese set meal with a homely taste, so you can enjoy it at your leisure. It's great that it's not a major buffet style restaurant that gets crowded from early morning and makes it hard to relax. It is also rare that the hotel is closed to soil. You can also relax on the long sofa in the room. It's good to be able to take your shoes into your room. The taste of the soba noodles from the most recent soba restaurant introduced for dinner was amazing. A cheap and helpful hotel with high performance.

I used it on a business trip to Tochigi. The building doesn't seem to be new, but it was thoroughly cleaned and felt clean and comfortable.Since the price is low, I don't think there are many amenities, but there are no particular problems. The front desk is just the right distance and has a nice feel, so it's one of the candidates to use when I'm on a business trip!

It was a very beautiful room.I had a great time. The room was also spacious and comfortable. The people at the front desk also gave us a pleasant response. thank you.It is inconvenient that there is no convenience store nearby. No problem if you have a car.I stayed with breakfast included, and the breakfast was really delicious.

This is a business hotel. I think it's convenient because there is a self-service gas station on the diagonal south side. After the renovation, the parking lot has become larger.

The one I always use is 5,300 yen for a single night on Fridays without meals. Cards accepted. About 10 minutes walk from Suzumiya Station. There are no convenience stores nearby if you walk, but they will lend you a bicycle for free so you can go to eat or shop. If you ride a bicycle, it's not too far from a convenience store. You can also go to Kamashin (food supermarket until 10pm. Be careful of running out of boxed lunches and side dishes after 8pm). The area around Suzumiya Station is a residential area, and there are few places to eat. If it's a car, there's no problem.I get the impression that the customer base is mostly construction workers and maintenance workers who stay for consecutive nights. Perhaps that's why there are three washing machines and two dryers outside, as well as a drying area. There are two washing machines that require 200 yen to be put in and one that does not require money. In short, it can be used for free. Detergent is also available for free. The dryer costs 100 yen for 10 minutes. This price is good value as it comes with a coin laundry. The lady at the reception is kind. While at the reception desk, if the previous person's laundry is still in the washer or dryer, they will take it out. There are two microwave ovens (free of charge) and disposable chopsticks in the lobby on the first floor. It's a business hotel where you take off your shoes before entering the hotel, so the shoe racks are always full. You will receive a regular key, not a card key. It doesn't lock automatically, so it's easy to forget to lock it when you leave the room. There is a TV and refrigerator in the room (you have to turn it on yourself). There is also a cafeteria, although I have never used it myself. The parking lot is always full of 30 cars. Towel toothbrush in the room. Shaving nightwear is available in the lobby on the first floor. All you need is just to sleep.I think if the receptionist is gone, you're not allowed to go out (perhaps because the front door won't lock if the receptionist isn't there?). You can check out even early in the morning, just leave your room key in the tray at the reception desk.Perhaps it's because reservations are always full of regulars, but the website only shows up to the next month (if it's the beginning of the month, the next month is often not shown), and reservations made two or three months in advance can be made by calling. ``Please call me again when you are closer.'' They probably want to prioritize consecutive nights for regular construction workers.I once stayed there on a day when a group of middle school students were there, probably because there was some sort of tournament going on. I thought this reflected the emphasis on cost around Suzumenomiya Station, where there are few lodging options. This is a very reasonable business hotel for those people.
