The customer service is very polite, the prices are low, and it's close to tourist spots, so I'm very satisfied.The bread and coffee served in the morning was very delicious.It was nice to be able to relax in the private hot springs.

This is a small family-run inn. The shared bathroom and private room with a large toilet are just Demitri's room with a large lock.However, the hostess was elegant and pleasant, and the service was pretty good, so I decided to give this a bonus.

I used it for business, and the hostess's hospitality was wonderful and I had a comfortable stay.It had good access to Jigoku Meguri and Hyotan Onsen, and I was grateful that it was close to the bus stop.The room was simple but spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast bread and coffee were delicious.If you can tolerate sharing the hot springs, toilets, and sinks, I think it would be perfect for business trips or trips with friends.

We had a wonderful stay. The hostess is very friendly and the inn is beautifully decorated. Everything is super clean. It was very relaxing to bathe in the private onsen and the breakfast was delicious. We booked directly on site as we really like the Kannawa area in Beppu and needed a room for an extra night.We would stay here again at any time and can warmly recommend the accommodation. There was even coffee and bread for breakfast in the morning!Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Thank you very much for your help during our 5-day stay!My family and I stayed in a room on the 1st floor.My elderly parents also felt safe because they didn't have to go up and down the stairs. There's also a hot spring on the 1st floor, so I've been there many times in the morning and at night! When I enter the hot source while adjusting it little by little,It makes for good hot water. It feels so good.I had a really comfortable time sleeping on the fluffy futon.In addition, the hostess provided hospitality in a friendly manner. He was such a warm and pleasant person ♪^^The breakfast bread, coffee, and yogurt provided by the service were delicious.I also have a workday on weekdays.The Wi-Fi was solid which was helpful. It's also comfortable to work with.It was also helpful to be able to borrow a folding table.Also, the parking lot in front of the inn is a bit difficult.If you are unsure about your driving skills, please choose a parking lot a little further away from the inn.I think it would be better to use it!thank you very much!I will use it again when I come to Kannawa Onsen.

I used it on a business trip.PC work is stress-free.I didn't have to use the toilet, washroom, or hot springs with other guests, so it was a comfortable stay.The breakfast bread was also delicious.

This is a wonderful inn that you would want to stay at regularly.From the outside, it looks like an old building, but the moment you open the front door, the impression completely changes.Warm customer service from the landlady, and a relaxing space where every corner is thoroughly cleaned.They answered all my questions very kindly and politely, and I was able to spend a relaxing time with them because they kept a comfortable distance from each other.I felt grateful and happy that they were full of consideration, such as the fact that the bathroom was available for private use by reservation.

Stayed for 2 nights for a drinking party at work. I wanted to spend some time in Kannawa Onsen in a different way, so I searched for it, and found this place with vacancies and a multi-stay plan, so I decided on the spot.And I was thrilled to visit. Like a minshuku or a guest house, it is small and has a nostalgic atmosphere, where you can feel the personality of the landlady. This annex is unique to Manrikiya, a long-established restaurant in Kannawa Onsen. The room is also clean. I think there are also furniture and display shelves for each room. I couldn't find the Japanese-style room at first because it was behind a noren curtain, but the futon was fluffy and the seat had fluffy cushions. my favorite space. The large hot spring bath is also a traditional style where bamboo stakes are inserted into the source. Being a fan of hot water, I added the hot spring water, and the quality of the spring water felt indescribably gentle and silky.For the morning snack coffee, please ask your preference and time at check-in, and for the morning snack, we actually had melon bread from Tomonaga Bakery, freshly brewed coffee, and yogurt. Thank you very much for your hospitality. thank you very much.You can also use the hot springs at night and in the morning, and I feel energized in the morning! I'll stay with you for one more night.

It was used by two people, a man and a woman, for one night. I was impressed by the overwhelming hospitality. They took care of every detail, such as contacting us to confirm the parking lot before our stay and bringing slippers to keep us from getting cold. If you plan on visiting Jigoku as your main tourist attraction, I think it's convenient. Please feel free to use it.

This is the perfect ryokan for those looking for a place to stay in Kannawa Onsen. The room was clean and I had a comfortable stay. Although you are staying without meals, you can enjoy delicious coffee and bread in the morning.
