It's more kind of a homestay!The owner is very nice person & very friendly!Hospitality was too good!Only thing which could be improved is the marshy smell in the room. This may be because the property is old.Shower in the room was too old.Location & surrounding is good, feels like a fair tale bungalow into woods!

The owner also seemed to like children and was very friendly. However, the cleanliness is zero. I stayed there during the rainy season. Just before going to bed, I discovered mold all over the bed sheets, so I had to sleep on the bed cover... It was the second day of my sleep-deprived trip to Nasu. Most likely, they do laundry in the hotel and don't use the dryer. Just running the dryer for 10 minutes for 100 yen would have made it more comfortable...If the price was low, the location was good, and the room was well-maintained, I would give it a 5 star rating. I hope you will find this opinion helpful, and I would like to apologize for leaving a comment.

A simple and quiet pension where you can stay overnight without meals.The most pleasant bath to warm up your body after getting cold in the mountains.It was a very warm time to spend time with the owner, who has traveled all over the world, and his mountain friends.I'm looking forward to the next opportunity to go.

I experienced homelessness for the first time in a while!A room full of dust, a bath full of water stains, a chimpanzee swallowing water, a TV you couldn't watch, it was definitely 0 stars. If you stay overnight, you will definitely get a sore throat and catch a cold! The manager's room was the most beautiful and it felt like she was showing off, which made me sad.

This was my first overnight stay with two small dogs. The room was well cleaned and there were no problems. There are two baths, and you can enter them when they are empty, and you can also make reservations in the evening. Paid alcohol, coffee, etc. were placed in the guest room aisle. It's convenient because it's a quiet place just off the street with restaurants and supermarkets in Nasu Town. I'm staying without meals, but apparently I can eat the food I bought in the living room on the first floor. I ate in my room because I wasn't informed at check-in, but there was only a small table, so I wish they had told me I could use the living room.Also, the pet fee was 2,000 yen per pet, but the hotel didn't have anything in place and when I asked them what would happen in the unlikely event that they misbehaved, I was told that I would need to consult with them. I thought it was a little expensive.

The appearance is good. That's why I feel sorry for myself inside. I think it would be better if they improved based on the harsh reviews from other people, but it seems like the elderly owner is doing it alone, and they seem to have gotten rid of the meal plan due to physical limitations. There was dust and mold on the windows on the first floor where everyone gathered. There is a rental service for records and DVDs that you can watch in your room, but who can watch them? and.I feel like I'm not paying attention to the small details. I couldn't help but buy this and want to make it even more beautiful.

When I made a reservation, I was told that the owner had been rushed to the hospital and was planning to cancel. Also, you mentioned that there are people with physical disabilities.The room is on the second floor.It was canceled.
