The location is quite good. You can see the scenery of the lake outside the window. I look forward to our lake tour tomorrow morning.It's a pity that there was a strong smell of urine in the toilet when entering, but there may be too many guests, so the waiter at the front desk was not so friendly! Just process it with a machine⋯There was a small accident in the bathhouse on the eighth floor. Someone fell to the ground, which caused the bathhouse to be closed for a while. I didn't dare to take a bath in the future, but this is not the fault of the hotel.

The room, bathroom, and staff were all perfect. Lake Akan spreads out behind the hotel, and we were able to see the sunrise over Lake Akan in the early morning.

I stayed there for the first time in several years.Facilities and location: The bathroom was wonderful.The bathroom in the guest room was a unit bath with the toilet, so the toilet was cramped.The meal was a buffet, but I feel that the quality of the dinner has gone down, probably because the number of items has increased. I think it would be better to reduce the number of items but improve the quality of each item...I appreciate your help. Breakfast was wonderful. I was so hungry that I couldn't eat anything after that.It would be great if the food was back to the same level as before...

I stayed in a Japanese-style room in the main building/Shiori. It had the atmosphere of a lively hot spring inn.【parking】・I was guided to a parking lot so far away that I needed a shuttle. It's a good idea to consider the time it takes to get to the parking lot when deciding on your departure time.[Guest room]・Although it is old, it was clean and spacious enough.・The hot water supply space was located at a height that was out of reach of children, so I was able to use it with confidence.・I slept well in a very quiet room, probably thanks to the soundproof door. I had a small child and it was going to be noisy, so I basically kept the soundproof door closed, but it was a little troublesome to get in and out.・I was lucky to have a room near the elevator, so it was easy to access the public bath.【meal】・The number of items is really large. There was also a small children's corner (about 3 items).・If you want to go to various Japanese, Western, and Chinese areas, you will need to walk around a lot.・A photographer was making rounds and taking pictures of the finished work the next day.【hot spring】・Although the quality of the spring water was not very appealing, I was able to relax and enjoy it in the spacious large public bath.・It was cold going up and down the stairs in the public bath with a view, but on a clear morning, you can probably enjoy the view.
