I had lowered my expectations after reading other reviews, but personally I was very satisfied.I went to the public bath around 9pm, but it was reserved for private use.Everyone was kind. The inside of the hotel was quiet and comfortable, and the food was delicious.

I stayed with my mother who has a disability.Since I couldn't walk to the inn's open-air bath or indoor bath, I stayed in a room with a semi-open-air bath.It is barrier-free and has handrails, so my elderly mother has enjoyed the semi-open-air bath in the guest room many times without any inconvenience.Of course, not only the baths but also the food was delicious, and the employees were all very kind and warm.I would like to use it again.

I was looking for a delicious place to eat in the Nasu area and found this place on YouTube. The inside of the hotel had an origami interior that gave it a Japanese feel and a calming atmosphere. The room was spacious, and there was a bottle of tea and a pot of cold water, which was great after taking a bath in the room! However, there were so many insects at night that they came into my room when I was taking a bath.I didn't have high expectations based on the reviews, but the bath in the room was too small...and there were bugs floating around so I didn't feel like going in...In fact, there were so many bugs in the shared open-air bath that I doubted whether it was really being cleaned...There are stairs from the dehydration station to the bathtub, but they are made of stone and have no handrails, making them slippery. However, taking a bath while listening to the sound of the river felt good.Despite the fact that the indoor bath is for up to 5 people, I was surprised to see that the employees were taking a bath between 20:00 and 21:00, when it would be the busiest time. Even though they sell hospitality, how is it that two of their employees also take baths? ? Although many customers were looking forward to the hot springs, I was surprised that the employees were taking a bath during the busy hours...I was surprised because this was the first time something like this had happened to me. Thanks to you, I didn't feel like going in. Also, I was informed that I could take a bath until 9 a.m., so after breakfast, I decided to take a break from eating and get revenge for the night, but I was informed that the bath was being cleaned. Are the employees more important here than the customers? Want to finish work faster? I'm really disappointed. The rice was very delicious, and I was happy with the salt-grilled sweetfish, the tasting set, and the local beer! The milk for breakfast was sweet and I was happy that it was all-you-can-drink!The salmon and white rice went so well together that I felt happy with the rice in the morning!Ah, but even at breakfast, the rice and miso soup for the staff were left out of the pots and pots that were served to the customers even though they hadn't finished their meals, which made me realize that this is a hotel where the employees are really more important than the customers. That's what I thought.I was surprised to see so many activities that I wouldn't have thought of at other hotels. It's a shame because everyone working at the hotel is such a nice person and provides warm and heartfelt customer service.

The sound of the river was soothing and it was great while taking a bath in the open-air bath in the room, but the open-air bath outside wasThere were bugs, it was warm, and the cleanliness and irrigation were poor! There were no vending machines in the building, and the convenience store was far away, so it was inconvenient. At least two people can use the open-air bath in the guest room.It would be great if it was bigger!

As soon as we arrived by car, Mr. Nakai came to us and carried our luggage, giving us a welcome drink while giving us a detailed explanation of the inside of the inn.I stayed in a room with an open-air bath. The room is spacious and clean. However, the bath is small,However, the quality of the spring water is hydrogen carbonate spring, which is very good! It has a smooth sulfur scent and is gentle on the skin.I went in 4 times from evening to midnight. In the morning, my skin was so smooth and I thought it was amazing. The dinner is locally produced and delicious, and the breakfast is served with fresh milk and drinks, so you'll be full from the morning ^_^The landlady is also a friendly person, and I thought it was wonderful that she worked until midnight and was already greeting the guests in the early morning. And for this price you get great hot water and food.I want to come again.Actually, I've been indebted to you about 10 times already.I can't believe people are complaining here.I will come back to stay again when I find time.

I used it on a weekday at the end of March. The rooms are spacious.Best of all, it had a hot spring open-air bath.Enter whenever you wantYou can enjoy the hot springs in the best location, overlooking the Hoki River and Nanatsuiwa Suspension Bridge right in front of you.On the other hand, the large public bath is a little small. However, the open-air bath had a terrace and was quite nice.I think I'll be able to enjoy it more if the weather is a little nicer. The tatami mats in the public bath were not very good. The food is also good!I want to go again.

I stayed here for consecutive nights in March. The open-air bath in the room was a little small, but the view was nice and I was able to warm up properly. The indoor bath didn't have a particular color or scent, but I felt warm for a long time after taking a bath. All the dishes were delicious and the quantity was just right.Overall, I think the quality exceeds the price. If I have a chance, I would like to use it again.
