(Visited in March 2024) A super nice villa-style hotel (I don’t know if it is used like this). It has private open-air hot springs and noriikiri hot springs. The service is attentive and considerate. The rooms are clean, exquisite and warm, very suitable for family accommodation. Use Google Maps to guide you to the ditch path on the right side of the supermarket. In fact, you can enter through the unloading area on the left side of the supermarket.💯Before visiting, you will write a letter to greet you, recommend a restaurant for dinner, etc. (If the restaurant conditions permit, you can also help make a reservation). When we arrived, there were two groups of guests in front of us, and the female general guided them one by one very carefully. At the same time, another guy helped us move our suitcases to the room (there are some gravel roads in the hotel garden that are not easy to drag), and we Admire the lobby reception. When it was our turn, they would explain the location of the hotel a little bit, which was super helpful for finding food and planning the route for the next day! After showing us the independent Norikiri Hot Spring, we went to the room.🛏RoomIt's super big, with a simple sink kitchen next to the entrance (with a microwave!) and a toilet at the end of the corridor. When you open the sliding door, you will enter the bedroom first. You can see the mountain (Tsurumi-dake?) from the window. In the morning, the sun will illuminate the top of the mountain, which is beautiful!Open the back sliding door and you will enter the living room. It is great to drink tea and spend leisure time in the evening here, especially in the winter when it is very cold. It is very comfortable to sit on the electric blanket wrapped in the thick cotton jacket provided by the hotel. The room also has many other small details, I really want to stay here T-T.🛁Private open-air bathThe living room opens into the bathroom and dressing room. You can see the rock bath through the glass window. The bathers are all outside (it's so cold in winter that you can only turn on the hot water to shower XDDD). The hot spring itself is super hot.🍴The disadvantage may be that there are no meals included, but because we want to have kamameshi for dinner and breakfast by the Kinrin Lake, it is just right for us.

The owner speaks English very well and is very friendly. The lack of kaiseki would be a disadvantage, but I didn't feel any inconvenience because I bought and ate the food at the supermarket right in front!I think it was about a 10-minute walk from Yufuin Station and a 10-minute walk from Yunotsubo Street. The owner said it was the best view room and it was really nice.

The staff is very kind. The furnishings and equipment of the room are simple but clean and complete. There is a small Japanese-style courtyard with lush vegetation and a private open-air hot spring outside the room. You will not want to go out when you stay in the hotel.

Super family friendly accommodation! The room is very spacious and can be divided into entrance hall, living room, bedroom, courtyard, and hot spring area! There is a family bath outside for guests to use. When you use it, you can turn the sign to "in use". I have never encountered it during my stay. Someone happened to be using it. The open-air bath is very comfortable! There is a supermarket next to it that is open until eight o'clock, and it is about a five-minute walk from the shopping street, but many shopping streets close at five o'clock. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the station and 15 minutes to Jinlin Lake. There is a parking lotThe landlady is really polite and kind, and her English is very good. She will introduce the facilities and surroundings to you in detail. I feel that she hopes you have a good time and enjoy it.

The owner speaks English very well. The room introduction and accommodation information were easy to understand. We made a reservation at a delicious meat restaurant nearby, so we had a really good meal.

The gardens and vegetation are well maintained. The wooden room is very spacious and has its own small bath. There is a supermarket next door and not far from the hot spring street. It’s a place that makes people want to visit again

“It was the best day of the trip!”We went as a family of three with a 4-year-old boy. I took the Yufuin no Mori train at 10:11 and got off at Yufuin Station around 12:30 and walked. Google maps shows it as 10 minutes, but it was raining and I was pushing two strollers, so I think it took about 15 minutes because check-in was at 3 o'clock. First, I left my luggage and asked to make a reservation for dinner at a restaurant through Agoda chat in advance. They recommended several restaurants and made reservations for me. He gave me a map and directions and was very kind. He spoke English very well and lent me an umbrella. The best part was, of course, the private hot spring bath. It was so private and atmospheric. I think I went there more than 4 times. It was so good. The fluffy blankets were also nice, and Yutaka and Geta prepared everything. It was cute ♡ There is no kaiseki, but there is a supermarket right next door and the restaurant we reserved was very delicious. I was very tired after coming to Hakata for 2 days, but this was an accommodation that helped me relieve my fatigue. It was a happy one night. Like the owner said, I want to visit again when my child grows up a little more. thank you!

It was my first trip to Japan and I was very satisfied.1. The owner is kind. He speaks English very well, lends us a shared umbrella on rainy days, takes our luggage, and recommends nearby restaurants. They were so kind that I came back just to see the real owner.2. There is a supermarket right next to it, so you can buy drinks, alcohol, snacks, and meals very easily. The supermarket closes at 8 o’clock!3. I was satisfied because the hot spring was very clean and the quality was good. The hinoki bath shown in the picture is a bath attached to the guest room, and the bath surrounded by rocks is a family bath (public bath) that can be used when there are no people around. At first, I was a little confused when I thought the family bath was attached to the room, but I was satisfied because the quality of Hinoki was so good.I was grateful to the owner. He treated me so kindly that I even bought him coffee, but I don’t know if he enjoyed it!! Thank you for making my first trip happy!!

An unforgettable experience. The hotel is not far from the busiest street, and there is a supermarket next door. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are all made of Japanese-style wooden houses. They are filled with the aroma of wood and are very cozy when the heating is turned on. The room has a layout of one bedroom, one living room and one bathroom, and also has an entrance hall. The exclusive open-air bath is even more amazing. You can directly overlook Mt. Yufu. You can watch the sunrise in the morning and the starry sky at night. The hot springs are continuously injected, and the water temperature is very sufficient. On cold days, plumes of smoke rise, and all the five senses are satisfied. It is recommended to stay for at least 2 days. 1 day is too short and you will be reluctant to leave.
