It was my first visit.This facility is located in a resort area, so a car is essential.The staff working alone was working on a wide variety of tasks.We brought our own fondue and ate it in the lounge with tableware and other utensils.There are Japanese-style and Western-style rooms, and Western-style rooms are recommended.

I'm a member, but this is my first time using one of the rooms with a bath. A shower has been added to the room, which is convenient, but the washroom area is small and large people may have a hard time. All the staff were nice and I didn't feel uncomfortable.I have also stayed at Lilo Nasu. It was newly built and clean, but the charge fee was high, so I thought this would be more reasonable.

Sundance Resort Nasu is a resort club where you can stay multiple nights with your pet (toy poodle) (hot springs).The city is pet-friendly as there are many stores that allow pets.The staff are also very considerate towards customer service and have been working with us for many years.

I visited on a family trip.I've used it many times, and the staff have always been kind and the baths have been great!I would definitely use it again!!In addition, the children were very happy to be able to watch Youtube, Netflix, and Disney+ on DVD and TV!!

The renovated washbasin was stylish, but difficult to use. It would have been nice to have a unit bath...When my husband went to the men's bath, he found that the tap had come loose and there was no hot water. It seems that the phone calls from the changing room were not answered.The water in the women's bath was too hot to enter. You don't get amenities unless you ask for them. I should have told them at the reception, but I thought it was in the room, but there was a card in the washbasin, but it was past reception hours.

I took a leisurely bath in the indoor bath, which was flowing directly from the source.It was a little hot🥵Although the location from the second floor was a little cloudy. good,However, I was disappointed that there were no autumn leaves. Please go when there are autumn leaves.Because I checked in late, I couldn't have dinner. Breakfast was a little disappointing 🙍♀️,I was able to relax in the room for seven people, but I was concerned about the loud noise from the ventilation.(It's old) Is there anything I can do about it?

Although the facility was old, the rooms were clean and the place was very relaxing with nature. The bath was also very warm and had good hot water, fed directly from the source.Best of all, the employees were kind and made me feel at ease.I definitely want to go again. That's what I think.

The hot springs are hotter than Kusatsu ❗✌ It's been 10 years since I've been here, but the power of the hot springs will be perfect for tomorrow's golf 😃✌ I'll be staying there tomorrow as well, so I'll report back soon ❗

Basically a member-only facilityThe hot springs are hot at 50℃ but feel good.The surrounding area is a luxury villa area, so it's relatively quiet 👍

It's a nice and quiet facility. The bath is on the basement floor and there are stairs, so it may not be suitable for people with bad legs.The bath is small, including the washing and changing areas, but the hot water is excellent.The rooms are also kept clean.

The outside was Western-style, the interior was like a Japanese-style inn, and the bath was about 50 degrees, which was perfect. I made a reservation for my parents who are elderly and disabled, and it was difficult because they had to go up and down the stairs to get in.

I thought the hot springs, which flow directly from the source, were the best, but since the pet room was made of tatami mats, the smell of urine was so strong that I couldn't sleep.When you turn on the heating, the smell is extremely bad.We should renovate the house as soon as possible, replace it with hardwood floors, and change the sliding doors.
