When I was a healthy biped, I used to take my mother to various hot spring inns. After becoming a wheelchair user and losing my mother to an incurable disease, I wanted to stay at a hot spring hotel again. There are many hot springs where you cannot stay overnight or use the hot springs for day trips if you are in a wheelchair, so when I found out about this inn, I immediately contacted them. I was informed that the natural hot springs in the guest room could be used by wheelchair users, so I made a reservation.I made a reservation about six months in advance, so I was looking forward to going to the hot springs every day. lol lolA staff member will already be there to greet you at the parking lot.I was surprised because it was my first time staying at such an inn! From the parking lot to the waiting room. The waiting room also has a very nice atmosphere where you can spend a relaxing time. From there, take a slope car to the accommodation building. This was also my first time, and I felt even more excited while enjoying the scenery! ︎The accommodation building is also very beautiful, and the calm atmosphere makes you feel like time is passing slowly. The staff here are also very attentive and attentive! Thank you very much for preparing the slope and wiping down the tires of my wheelchair. The room is a Japanese-style room.Since I was in a wheelchair, I was worried that I might make a mess, so I asked the staff nervously, but they smiled and said, ``It's okay.''✨It's going to be long, so to summarize, the room, the natural hot spring in the room, the food, and the location were great!I felt that being surrounded by nature made me forget about my everyday life and gave me a sense of ``healing'' by focusing on it.I have stayed at many famous and expensive hot spring inns, but I think this inn is quite reasonable overall!Everything was so wonderful. It was such a nice inn that I wish I could have taken my mother there. Most of all, I am grateful that it is accessible to wheelchair users.Thank you very much m(_ _)m

During dinner, the staff named Kikuchi treated me very poorly and I got angry at someone for the first time in a while. .Even though I had called in advance to request a table seat, a horigotatsu was prepared and I was told that the others were occupied, but when I asked again, they said, ``A table seat will be prepared now.'' Even though you refused the first time, if you say it again, will you prepare it?I can't help but make a mistake, but the staff member's timid attitude when guiding me to a new seat made me feel blatantly irritated, which made me feel uncomfortable. Furthermore, when her 1-year-old child became a little fussy, she was shocked to hear the child ask her to be quiet. What to say to a 1 year old? What do you, who are not even parents, say? No matter how I looked at it, I thought that the customer service was strange, so I complained directly to the person in question, but the apology was not sincere, and I got the feeling that they were just saying things and apologizing, which made me extremely angry. This inn has a lot of young staff, and while there are quite a few who work hard, having a staff member with a bad attitude like Kikuchi gives a bad impression to the inn as a whole. Although the rooms were comfortable and you could enjoy the hot springs, I felt that the hotel needed to work harder on its customer service.

I was very satisfied with the service, facilities, hot springs, etc.In particular, the interior design, from the rooms to the common areas, was wonderful and gave me a sense of something out of the ordinary. The quality of the hot spring water is so nice to the touch that you can stay in it forever. The private bath is also free, so it is highly recommended for families and couples. The food was also delicious (but I wasn't surprised as it was a typical meal. There's no doubt that it was delicious). At Shinogi, I was served meat buns, and they were so delicious that I couldn't believe they were a free service.

I'm glad the separation has calmed down. The open-air bath was also empty and felt good. The dining area was noisy and I couldn't relax. The menu also needed some improvement.

The facility and location were very good, but the staff were not trained at all and there was no collaboration between them, such as sharing information with each other.I guess about 80% of the staff are part-time workers, but it's a shame that the level of staff is so low.The food is about 2 stars.

A Kyoritsu group inn.A ryokan that you'll want to stay at again. The bathhouse is very well built and you can stay there for a long time.Even if there is an open-air bath in the guest room, you will want to go to the large public bath. The food is delicious and the restaurant is full of hospitality. The hotel utilizes the knowledge gained from running a business hotel, and is designed to please guests.

This is another option if you value a gorgeous space with elaborately designed furniture and a high-quality dining experience, including the tableware. This was a very nice inn that had everything I wanted, with a lot of attention to detail and ways to enjoy my stay while keeping costs down. The driver who took me to the parking lot on the morning of the second day did not show any signs of discomfort, even though it was early, and spoke to me friendly along the way. It's energizing to see young people working so hard. Thanks to you, we were able to spend a comfortable and enjoyable time.Personally, a small meat bun before dinner is a winner.
