Although it is an old building, it was well kept and comfortable. There was a sauna available for guests, but I thought 3500 yen was too expensive.

Postscript: Later on, I was forced by a person claiming to be a representative to delete the image of the document created by the hotel, so in order to avoid unnecessary disputes and troubles, I will delete the image of the document that the hotel desperately wants.Reviews are originally documents posted based on the user's free will, and as long as there are no groundless falsehoods or legal issues, they are open sources licensed by the platform. In addition, the facility in question verbally responded that it had completed its response to us, but they withdrew it without any notice this time, and I am not sure if there is anything they would like to hide. , is a kind of anti-social establishment that uses agents to put pressure on user reviews, so please be careful not to get into trouble when considering staying there. Please note that this information is based solely on facts and is a personal opinion, and is intended as a warning to those who read it.First of all, the aging and hardware issues mentioned in other reviews are reasonable considering the current economic situation and price range, and given the location with few options, I think it is a condition that should be accepted. The breakfast is also a great effort for a business hotel, the location has a nice view, and the quality is not bad. However, the software side is in a disastrous state, and the staff's answers are always ad hoc, and it is normal for them to change their answers twice or thrice. At first glance, they seem to respond with a smile, but in the end, they glare at them as if they are all reluctant and selfish customers.Anything that differs from their own understanding is evil, and it is justice to dismiss them. After talking with the top management, I realized that this is a well-educated group. The biggest problem is① Ensure a safe and secure minimum level of security for customers.②Respond to customer requests sincerely and respond openly and without concealment.Regarding these two points, the property is old and good, and currently it is not a facility where you can stay with peace of mind.As shown in the attached image ****, the hotel immediately reported the damage to the front desk, even though it was a mistake, and even though there was suspicious behavior for 20-30 minutes from early morning in an attempt to illegally unlock the door. Even if a report is filed, the hotel as a whole should not protect the victim, but instead defend the perpetrator, induce the victim to upgrade, and then try to be gentle, which is an insult to the hotel as a whole. It's an old hidden constitution that I still don't understand. In addition, even though the perpetrator was moved to another hierarchy in order to resolve the problem, he appears in the same hierarchy like a stalker and acts like he has a grudge against the victim. He made a report to the police for the first time, and what's more, he didn't prioritize the victim's safety.Additionally, there are no security cameras in the hallways of the facility, making it impossible to respond honestly in the event of an emergency. In this case, the person in charge who claimed to be the general manager of the hotel in question responded in a disrespectful manner and said that he would not apologize, so I submitted a formal complaint to IHG, which is an alliance of the ANA Hotel Group, and received a case number. The investigation into the truth of this trouble and the resolution of the problem are currently left to upper management. We are taking advantage of the recent trend of harassment, which includes harassment, which includes the term "harassment," which suggests that customers who do not understand despite their best efforts are the problem, and truly protect the safety and security of their customers. As long as we act responsibly towards our customers and act in accordance with the customer's feelings and situation, we will seriously reflect on the way we provide hospitality, where we cannot do anything that will not cause trouble. I hope you do.The corporate culture is completely different at the top of the organization.I would like managers to start over again and start hospitality training from scratch as soon as possible.

Nushimaibashi Bridge is famous as one of the world's top three places to see the sunset, and the view of the sunset from our hotel, which is located near Nushimaibashi Bridge and along the ocean, is truly spectacular, which is why it's worth staying on a high floor with an ocean view. Magic hour is a word associated with this scenery.Breakfast is also served at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, so you can enjoy local specialties, but the plentiful selection of Kushiro seafood is more satisfying than other breakfast options.

If you’ve ever wanted to experience the frozen elegance of the 1980s—minus the "frozen" part—this is your spot! From the moment I walked into the Crowne Plaza, I felt like I’d time-traveled to a simpler era... one where air conditioning was merely a suggestion. The room had a sauna-like quality to it, minus the luxury of towels and the satisfaction of knowing it’s supposed to be hot. After two nights of extreme coziness (read: sweat), I found myself longing for that cool Hokkaido breeze... indoors. But hey, location, location, location! This place is right next to some great restaurants and nightlife spots. Ironically, the hotel itself forgot to join the party—no restaurant service during my stay. Perhaps it’s because the other guests had also time-traveled... back to their own homes. In all fairness, it’s decently maintained, but for the price, I was hoping for a bit more than 80s nostalgia and an impromptu hot yoga class in my room.

The hotel itself has a luxurious feel and is clean and well-maintained.However, the young woman at the front desk and a middle-aged man wearing glasses laughed at me and made me feel very uncomfortable.I didn't do anything special here, but I wonder if there was something funny about it.This only applies to the front desk staff, but I got the impression that they were very arrogant. It's far from the station and in a mediocre location, so if I'm going to spend money and have such a bad experience, I think I'll choose another hotel next time.

My honest impression is that I was not satisfied with the price. There are many other business hotel chains where you can stay for the same price or less, and the service is better than here.●LocationI get the impression that chain business hotels are located around the station in Kushiro City, and top-ranked hotels are located around Nusumai Bridge. You can easily walk from the station in about 10 minutes, but if you have large luggage or bad weather, we recommend taking a taxi. Intercity buses depart from Moo right next door, so access to Sapporo and the airport is very convenient. A major convenience store is right next door, but if you're heading to Secoma, it's about a 5-minute walk.●RoomStay in a single room facing the sea. The room is small. This is unavoidable since it is an old hotel, but the air conditioning is controlled all at once and you cannot set the heating and cooling settings yourself. In eastern Hokkaido, where the seasons change, the temperature difference between morning and evening and daytime is large, making it uncomfortable. Many other hotels have information at the front desk or a note in the room regarding this, but here there is no information at all. At the time of check-in, I was enthusiastically encouraged to register as an IHG member, but instead of that, please guide me properly.By the way, it seems like the heating was already turned on in the second half of September, so it was very hot and humid. It seemed to be well maintained, the bathroom and bathtub were large, and the soundproofing seemed to be good, which was good.●OthersThere is no public bath, but there seems to be a sauna (I did not use it), but there is no discount for guests, so it is quite expensive. The pricing is such that even if you spend 24 hours at a spa in the city, you won't pay this much. Who exactly is it aimed at?
