The large public bath is large and the slightly lukewarm water feels good. The scenery is nice on a clear dayBoth dinner and breakfast look beautiful and delicious. The level of all staff is highThere is no doubt that it is a wonderful accommodation, but there are many things that I feel dissatisfied with. This is an inn that has seen a significant rise in prices in recent years, so if they are going to charge a high price, I would like them to do better.I checked in at 3pm, entered the room, and was stunned by the sight. The futon was already spread out. This is the same thing that low-cost chains like Oedo Onsen and Yukai Resort are doing.Even if you have a large two-room room, half of it will be unusable during the day.Isn't there some pride in being a super famous luxury inn in Yufuin? The large bath has a nice viewThe bathtub is large and the warm water is comfortable. However, the plumbing is in disrepair. The amount and temperature of hot water from the shower is inconsistent.Furthermore, drainage is poor in some places.Since they are probably making profits by raising prices significantly, I would like them to improve the treatment of their staff, who work very hard and provide high-level customer service, and at the same time improve their facilities.

A very high standard accommodation. The rooms, meals, and employees are all of a high standard.Although it is not included in the Yufuin Gosanke inns, it is often felt to be superior to the inns in the Gosanke inns.Best of all, the view is beautiful and the large open-air bath is the best. The men's bath is smaller than the women's open-air bath, but you can go back and forth between the Gomuso-no-Yu and the Kobo-no-Yu, so you can use the hot or lukewarm baths depending on your mood, so it's highly satisfying. The public bath seems to be cleaned and tidyed at short intervals, so the changing area is always clean and the washing area is tidy. You can clearly see that the dinner is elaborate. It's plentiful and delicious.I'm happy that the items that were brought out later arrive piping hot.At the end of breakfast, a cold dessert and coffee or tea are served.

Employee level is too lowThe front desk and restaurant staff are perfect. The problem is other peopleNone of the cleaning and equipment people say hello.Even if we make eye contact, there is no nodActs as if the customer is completely out of sightThe people behind the scenes were so thorough and unpleasant that I thought they had been instructed not to greet customers.

This time, we stayed here for our wedding anniversary (30 years). The big open-air bath is the best! Evening and morning meals are also great! It was very well thought out and delicious 😺Especially the staff who took care of me.Ms. Hori assisted me with everything from the time I checked in, including serving the meals, and her cheerful and heartfelt response made my heart feel warmer and made me want to come again next time.My wife was just as happy as I was and it was a great anniversary.Thank you m(_ _)m

On October 1st, 3 men stayed in room 502 for one night. The atmosphere was nice and I thought there would be a lot of people, but it was quieter than I expected and the hot springs were perfect, as I had planned to focus on the hot springs. (I used it 3 times during one night and used all of the men's baths and the family bath.) The photo view was also good because every part of the room looked like a spot.I also had dinner and breakfast, and although the seasoning was a little different from Korea, I was satisfied with the variety of menu items and portions, so I ate a lot, and the lady who served me was so kind that I didn't know what to do. We are full of repeat visits!

Not too far from the station but no transportation provided.Check-in staff and escort staff to the room just performed the duty without sharing what to enjoy in the compound.Limited beverages service and no place to drink but only ear and drink. Only fruit wine when ordered white wine and champagne glasses were used to serve wine.Food is not to bad but not at all impressive. Nothing to remember.Pictures are much better than reality; especially Onsen.Room near restaurant smells food all the time from entering. Some insects bites at the seating area and matters. No fresh smells from duvets and pillows and floor.Check out staff charged the money with explanation. That’s all.Taxi calling staff speaking English fluently but did not try to understand what we wanted to understand our different requirements from general (due to our body’s limited ability from accident). She even laughed when seeing not too big luggage to drop off at the next hotel before sight seeing.
