I stayed here for about 2 weeks on a business trip to Shimoda.The good thing is that there is a kitchen and all the kitchen utensils are provided, so you can cook your own meals! The room was also spacious!The downside is that you have to pay an additional 2000 yen for cleaning every week.The owner's attitude is very bad. Honestly, sometimes I don't understand what you're saying. You also need to purchase detergent for the washing machine at your own expense. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the nearest convenience store. The vending machine also had expired products. To get there, there are uphill and downhill slopes and the road is narrow. There was basically no one at the front desk, and sometimes no one came when I called.The walls are thin, so you can hear people in the next room.There are no restaurants nearby, so I have no choice but to prepare my own meals.The parking lot is small and can only accommodate 2 or 3 cars.Honestly, I don't really recommend it.

The room is good but yet not structured/designed properly.Out of 2 rooms on the floor only 1 has the bathroom and toilet, the other needs to use the common one which is 1 level below.The attitude of the host here is at the next level (read it as HORRIBLE). When you ask for something that is officially listed on Airbnb but not available on-site, the host would just give a furious response saying, whatever is available is inside the room, don't contact for anything else.Clear instructions are not available for most of the things but expectations are quite high.Even a few things that are mentioned as available on Airbnb aren't available.I don't wish to be more negative about the place but can't help, it has been the worst stay by far.

First of all, the attitude of the staff is terrible.I didn't say anything in the explanation beforehand.I was told unilaterally that the room was full and forced to move rooms.There was nothing written about a common space, but I asked about it and it was locked.I was cut off unilaterally, saying, "Because it's a fee."Also, room cleaning is charged at 2000 yen per time...And not just the day before, but at least 2-3 days in advance.I'm told to call you.This is not possible unless you are staying for a long period of time! ! !To be honest, I don't even want to give 1 star.

Maybe the walls are thin, but I can hear the noises and voices from next door until midnight, making it difficult to feel at ease. It's cold because there are only lace curtains. This is not an inn where you can relax.

Things are already terriblePlease note that there are few reviews.Sudden change of room given in advance, extremely sloppy management systemAt the very least, turn off the filter replacement mark on your air purifier and don't turn on the water supply indicator.We recommend that you go there as if you were staying at a college student's Leopalace home.

Great location, large comfortable room, but the only knock is there was a lot of bugs. Not bugs in an unclean way, maybe unpreventable being in the location in the hills/mountains and very wooded. Overall would stay again and recommend to others.
