Rooms are extremely small. The staff is nice and pleasant but this is not a full-service hotel. For example, the front desk agents deliver the items housekeeping would normally deliver and even their housekeeping only offers limited service. They do offer a decent breakfast buffet at a good price, but not lunch or dinner. The location is nice and centrally located.

They didn't clean the room. They only provided towels. The bathroom smelled from the beginning. There was a microwave, so I used it very well. There was also a sofa and table. There were many good restaurants and department stores nearby, so it was good for shopping. I had trouble walking on my knees, but there was an ice machine on each floor so I could use a cold compress. There was a bathtub so I could take a foot bath.

Good sized rooms for Ginza at a reasonable price. Location was fantastic and so close to the Metro. Breakfast was good and the service first class.

I have booked the hotel for stay from 12-19th Oct, the booking was cancelled on 10th Oct for no reason. Then I have rebooked the hotel for the same dates, prices went up more than 20% than my original booking. Because I’m traveling with a young kid, I decided to accept it. When I booked again, it shows I have to change rooms on 16th; stay 12-16th Oct for one room and change 16-19th for another room. After I went ahead with the order 12-16th stay was failed, only 16-19th stay was successful. Unfortunately it is too much dramas moving around with a young kid, I decided to cancel the order. Now the hotel refuses to refund my 3 nights stay of more than AUD 1500. It is very frustrating process and the hotel shows no empathy given the stress situation has caused to my trip.

This hotel unfortunately was the most disappointing hotel we stayed at in Japan, and we paid the most on the nightly rate out of the four hotels booked. There was an awful smell in the bathroom, and there were large stains on the wall by the desk and all over the carpet. The only reason I am even giving it two stars is because of the w/d and location, but that's pretty much it.
