I was travelling alone and this was a perfect base for my stay. The location is just a stones throw from the subway, and there are 3 different convenience stores nearby for snacks. The hotel itself is new, my room was small but provided everything I needed and more, including yukata, slippers, toiletries, cups and tea/coffee making facilities. There was plenty of space to store my open case under the bed and a handy underbed light aswell. There is ice and a microwave in the foyer, and the hotel can provide plastic cutlery should you need it.Check in was quick and easy and although there is only 1 lift, it comes quickly and it wasn't a problem for me. On check out, you can just drop your key in the box.My only negative was that the view from my room was of a brick wall as it faced the back, but as I was out all day, it didn't really matter.I booked about 6 months in advance and paid around £50 a night for my room, very reasonable. Finally, the staff were all very friendly whenever I came in or left.I would recommend this APA hotel.

I liked the hotel. The rooms are small, but have everything you need to stay comfortably. An endless stream of towels, toothbrushes and other tourist stuff in the rooms. If you open the window, you can hear the street quite loudly. The location of the hotel is fire, the metro is nearby. I didn't take breakfast, I went to the same Denny's - the food was ok.

Overall a great place to stay if you don't mind the room being small or if you're a solo traveler. The beds are raised so you can store your luggage underneath them, which is very useful. Check-in/out was easy, and it was close to everything we needed. They have one washer/dryer, which isn't a lot for a 15 story building, but they have a tab in the TV that tell you if they're in use or not, which is great. The only real issue is that there is 1 elevator for 15 floors. During peak times (like near checkout) you'll need to wait a bit.

Stayed here on Saturday and Sunday to go to Disneyland. Perhaps because it's new, the exterior and reception area are very shiny, and the rooms are clean as well.Perhaps because the hotel is located in an office area, I was very satisfied with the quiet stay.
