Good location near Shintomicho station. I made a reservation through advance payment on the official website, and was able to check in smoothly. The rooms are spacious enough for a business hotel in the city center. Suit cleaning equipment? The bed is large and comfortable.I was dissatisfied with the fact that I couldn't watch BS on the TV and that the breakfast was mainly bread and cereal, which was unsatisfying. You can drink all-you-can-drink cocktails at night, so I'd be happy if the breakfast was fulfilling.

It's in a very convenient location, right next to Shintomicho Station on the Yurakucho Line and about a 3-minute walk from Tsukiji Station on the Hibiya Line. I think it's a very cost-effective hotel, with a breakfast buffet that only includes cereal and bread, and free alcohol in the evening. It's basically unmanned, but you can contact the staff from the front desk or from your room, so there's no problem at all. The staff were very kind.

Very easy to check in. This is the first leg of our journey in Japan and we thought that the check in robots were super cool. They are currently dressed up as witches for Halloween which was a nice touch. We got there earlier than our check in time due to it raining, we were able to sit down inside which helped us a lot.Check in was very easy and we were able to obtain 2 key cards. The lifts are very easy to work, with a manga corner on level 2 which was a nice touch as well. On the ground floor there are also items you can take to your room like pajamas, small towels, ear buds etc.As the other reviews have said, the bed is very hard however I got used to it after a couple of nights and plus you get so tired from travelling around all day it doesn't really matter. You only get 1 pillow each as well, but again I got used to it. My partner did not and he found it a struggle. There was a fridge in our room which was great and it fitted a large water in as well. There are no programmes in English and no English subtitles however we soon found our favourite Japanese channels which we really enjoyed watching. There are instructions on how to attach a chrome cast as well for those wanting different languages. There is a family mart a couple of minutes away which is handy.Great location as well. The breakfast was good, there is bread, pastries, yoghurt, fruit and cereal. Along with hot drinks and cold drinks. They also do cocktails in the evening which you serve yourself, we didn't have any though but I heard someone say they were nice.Breakfast time can get a bit packed. We went early the first day where there was no one but the following 2 days were crammed. You will end up sitting with other people.

The bed is too hard and there was only one pillow. However, there’s a bathtub ! The robot receptionists are a bit creepy and don’t really have a purpose imo. The location is really good, konbini 2 minutes away and the metro station 5 minutes away !

The rooms were very clean, the bed comfortable. The robots at the entrance are funny, but don't talk loud enough and the electronic check in is not user friendly. Staff was helpful, but late checkout is a rip off.

Arrived from Airport at approx 7am, luggage storage was very easy and convenient. Left our bags whilst we explored during the day until check in time. Room and common areas were clean and tidy. Robot receptionist worked well however if you want to ask for recommendations of where to go or what to do from them they can’t do that. Bed was a little hard and the pillows were either super comfy or fully of some sort of beans. Nice to be away from the crowds but also often needed 2 trains to get to most places. Enjoyed the breakfast, tea time and cocktail hour provided, was always nice to have access to a drink and a snack.
