Booked online through a certain overseas travel agency(1) Points I was dissatisfied with・I booked a twin room, but it was a room with a double bed.I asked the front desk that I had made a reservation for a twin and that I would like to change it to a twin because I would have to pay an additional fee, but they refused.Furthermore, magic at the entrance of the room? I entered the room feeling extremely nervous and wondering if it was a single room. It was certainly a room for one person, but in the end, the two of us slept in the same bed.・We stayed for 2 people and slept in a double bed, but the cost was over 20,000 yen. (I think the price was related to the seasonal situation, though.) I regretted that it would have been cheaper and more comfortable to rent two single rooms at a famous business hotel near Himeji Station.(2) Good points・Parking is free.Vehicles up to 2.1 meters can be parked indoors, so even high-roof vehicles can be parked.・Free dinner curry from 6pm. I went to the restaurant at 18:20 and enjoyed it.It was very delicious, but by 6:30 pm the rice was gone, so everyone who came after us went home without being able to eat. If you want to eat, it's best to go at 6pm.(3) Others・Free drinksDrinks in the dining room (1st floor) are free, but there are no vending machines in the hotel, so if you need a drink, you have to take the elevator down to the 1st floor dining room.*It also takes about 10 minutes to walk to the nearby convenience store (quite far). If you want to stay overnight without leaving your room, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance before checking in.・Towels, bath towels, bed sheets, etc. were clean and had no unpleasant smells.(4) Personal thoughts・If you are making a reservation online, I think it is better to call the hotel after making the reservation and confirm the details of your reservation.``Twin reservation'' I have no proof about this, so I couldn't say anything, but it's difficult (in this day and age) to sleep two people in a double bed. It is better to check in advance

Rakuten Travel and the official website say there are vending machines. The information in the room also states that there is a vending machine on the first floor. But no matter how hard I search, I can't find it.When I asked the female staff at the front desk, she said, "There are no vending machines."Yes, this is a false statement. When I asked if they would like to replace the information, they said, ``You'll have to ask the manager to tell you that. It won't be a problem if you ask me.''There were no words of apology.

Stayed overnight while returning home. It was nice to be able to see Himeji Castle from the window. The price is good for 3 people, with 2 double beds, bath and toilet, and breakfast included.
