The room was very clean and had a great atmosphere, and the food was all delicious and filling! And above all, the employees were really polite and kind! Thank you very much for your prompt response to my mistake! It was an inn that I would want to come back to again and again!

This is an inn with many steep and narrow stairs. There was a male staff member standing in front of the stairs, but he didn't help me with my heavy trunk, so I was a little surprised. ️Since the inn had a slow breakfast, I walked to the station to change my ticket. I thought I would be given a ride on the shuttle bus on the way home, but I was refused. The inside of the bus was empty though. Is it only possible to pick up and drop off once?

I stayed here this time for my mother's birthday trip🙌🏻The food had just the right amount of flavor, not too light or too strong! The drinks were really delicious and I was very satisfied ⭐︎The room was old-fashioned and similar to my parents' house, so my mother had a relaxing time😊I will use you again, thank you very much 😌🩵

The renovated room was spacious and I was able to rest comfortably on the Simmons bed.The food was beautifully presented and visually pleasing, with a boatload of Tajima beef steak, freshly fried tempura, and an assortment of appetizers. The private open-air bath decorated with rose petals was also wonderful✨Of course, you can borrow colored yukata for free, and there is also a photo spot called [Sumirekan], so it was a perfect stay 👍 Next time, I would like to stay in a different room 👌

This traditional ryokan was absolutely perfect for our stay in Kinosaki Onsen. The rooms were beautiful, the women’s bath was warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean, the private rose petal bath was incredible and the food was some of the best we’ve had so far in Japan. We had both the kaiseki dinner and the sukiyaki breakfast and they were outstanding. They even were able to accommodate my friend who is pregnant and has health issues so she has many dietary restrictions. The staff member who speaks English was so attentive to us and helped us with everything. The ryokan has a great shuttle service that will take you right to downtown and pick you up as well. I can’t recommend this beautiful place enough!!

The crab full course is delicious, plentiful and very satisfying! ️I would even come to Kinosaki just for this☺️Breakfast was Tajima beef sukiyaki✨I thought it would be heavy, but I can easily carry it! ️The private open-air bath was spacious and relaxing.Above all, the staff treated me with great care and I felt that it was a very nice inn☺️They are so kind as to pick you up from Kinosaki Onsen Station to your inn, pick you up when you visit the public baths, and even pick you up at the station after you check out.
