If you lose your locker key, they will open it for you with a spare, but after they say they will open it for you, they tell you that it will cost you money. There was nothing I could do about it unless I opened it, but I think it's a little different to ask for money later. The loss of the key was my responsibility, but I was charged 3,500 yen. It's a lot of money for some people, so I wish I'd told you first that it would cost money. Also, they took the 100 yen that came out when I unlocked the door.Everything else was very good.

I stayed here the other day when I went on a ski trip to Hachikita. We stayed at this inn for two people and it was a wonderful inn.Although it doesn't have the luxury of a major hotel, it has neatly appointed Japanese-style tatami rooms, attentive employees, delicious food, and a combination of rental and inn functions, and it's right in front of your doorstep. It was a wonderful inn that was designed with people on a ski trip in mind, such as the convenient lift access. In particular, those visiting on a bus tour were supposed to call to pick up from the inn after arriving at the bus stop, but I ended up walking there (I was able to sightsee while walking outside Hachikita Ryokan). It was a lot of fun, it took about 15 minutes to walk from the large bus parking lot to the inn, so it didn't bother me that much), and the employee couldn't pick us up by car after we arrived (in the first place). I felt that they were very sincere and considerate when they apologized (I didn't call them so it wasn't the inn's fault). However, although this is a minor detail, there were several points that I was concerned about, so I would like to give some advice to those who have read this review. The toilet is shared (a bit inconvenient when you wake up in the middle of the night or when it's crowded after breakfast), the amount of food is large (maybe a lot if you're staying with 2 people, but it's just right for 3 or 4 people), I'm confused about how to lock the door (many people in their 20s like me aren't used to locking the door, but when I asked them over the phone, the employee was happy to teach me how to do it, and once I understood it, it was easy, so it wasn't a big deal) Thank you very much.In my case, it didn't really bother me, so I gave it a 5-star rating, but if you are concerned about it, please use this as a reference.Overall, I was very satisfied with the inn, so I would like to stay there again when visiting Hachikita.

The bath requires a 30-minute reservation system on a first-come, first-served basis.Reservation required for mealsToilet and washroom are sharedIt doesn't sound very nice when I write it like this, but it was comfortable and the staff at the inn were very considerate. I visited this inn with friends and family for snowboarding, and it was a wonderful inn!

About 40 years ago, I stayed there for two consecutive years during my cram school's summer camp.I apologized to the host at the time for being such a bad boy.Our host at the time taught us a lot about Tajima beef, silkworms, and eyebrows.I have fond memories of having more fun than studying.
