Stayed here recently and it was near-on perfect from start to finish. The rooms and view are spectacular. They remembered it was my birthday and left surprise gifts in my room. I arrived early, way before check-in time, but my room was already ready. Only very minor comment would be that the breakfast gets busy at peak times and you can end up waiting or having slightly inconsistent service. Despite this, I was very impressed and would definitely recommend.

I used Signature the other day to celebrate my wife's birthday. In conclusion, I was able to have the best birthday celebration😚After leaving the car at valet parking, take the elevator to the 37th floor. On the 37th floor, the bar area is in the middle of the floor, so the hotel staff asked me where the signature was and when I told them it was the signature, they guided me to the reception desk. (Satisfaction level increased)Since I checked in before the scheduled time, I was led to a bar counter table and waited.A waiter who brings you towels even if it takes only a short time (satisfaction level increases)↑In hindsight, I may have been mistaken for someone using the bar. When the time came, a Signature staff member came to pick me up and took me to my seat. Many people came to greet us even before we explained the food, which made us even more satisfied☺️Let the food be completed on the tableThe sauces were prepared right in front of me, so I was very satisfied with the aroma and taste.Needless to say, the food is of the highest quality.Even when the food wasn't brought to us, the staff came and talked to us and told us various stories, so we had an enjoyable meal from start to finish. The mille-feuille was served on a dessert plate, but when I told them I was full, they said they could wrap it up for me as a souvenir.Finished eating all course mealsWhile I was waiting at my seat after paying the bill, three other staff members came over to congratulate me and asked me what I thought of the food. They are hotel staff who really specialize in hospitality. That's what I thought.I had so much fun that I ended up staying for 4 hours and 30 minutes. To the staff who taught me the maximum number of milk breads, to the staff who aims to become a sommelier in their career, and to Mr. Sugimoto who came to my table and had a lot of fun talks 😚 To all the staff at Signature, it's the best. I was able to celebrate my wife's birthday. thank you very much.We will definitely use your service again, so please use us again.
