I came here for golf. Please call if there is no one at the front desk for check-in. I called because it said so, but no one answered. After about 10 minutes, he finally came out from the back and went to the reception desk, but at that time the phone was ringing at the reception desk. Turn around? It's been left too long. . .Even at the reception desk, there is no explanation about the location of the condominium or meals unless you ask them. Many of the staff seem to be nice people, but I think they are not well-trained. Maybe it's the manager's fault. I don't think the staff is bad. For meals, the entire hall is large, so I used it in December, but it was cold.

I used it on a business trip.The front desk was not available, so when I rang the bell, there was no response, and when I called the contact number for when they were out of the office, I couldn't get through.When I searched the lobby and dining room loudly for a long time, a staff member came out from the back of the dining room in a hurry.It seems that he did not have his cell phone with him, and there may be an emergency situation, so I would like to ask him to make sure that he can be contacted.The rooms felt old, but they were well-cleaned and nice.The next morning, the lobby in front of the front desk was flooded with rain.We recommend that the front desk be renovated as it is a busy area where customers come and go.

I feel that the staff is very responsive.The rooms are also thoroughly cleaned, clean and spacious.However, the noise was terrible, so you could hear people talking and snoring in other rooms.Although the facilities are good, such as the outlets already having extension cords and the closets being spacious, the only disappointing part is the loud noise.When you stay overnight, you can enter the hot springs for free, so that's a good deal. I can't use the open-air bath

Entrance to the hotel grounds? From the nearby Yokosaka intersection, drive about 3km along the mountain road until you reach the building where the front desk is located.Accommodation without a car is not recommended.Advance reservations are required for meals at the hotel.If you don't make a reservation, there are no restaurants where you can eat unless you go to a convenience store near the Yokosaka intersection or to the Komeri area, which is 7km away by car.There was a ticket vending machine in the hotel that cost 7,000 yen for a barbecue for 2 to 3 people, but it's unclear if you can use it without a reservation.The building and facilities had the feel of a resort hotel, and the room was large, but there was no indoor bath.There was a public bath that was open until 9pm, but it was far away from the parking lot in front of the reception building and it was cold, so I didn't use it and took a shower in my room.
