For a set ticket for accommodation and Sea WorldFree access to Sea WorldEven if I get splashed as hard as I can by killer whalesIt's a short walk to the Sea World side entrance of the hotel, so you can bathe as much as you want.

The staff was friendly and the room had a beautiful view of the ocean.However, as soon as I entered, I noticed that the cleaning was lax.There was dust and small debris everywhere, so I just threw the roller I brought with me.I think it's difficult to reduce trash to zero, but are people with poor eyesight cleaning? That levelThis was the most expensive hotel I've ever stayed at, but it was the least clean.

My family had the opportunity to go to Kobe for work, so we stayed at the Kobe Suma Sea World Hotel, which I had been interested in since it opened.The hotel staff was very polite and the cleaning staff greeted us whenever we met them.The buffet food was delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable with a nice view.In addition, there were dolphins outside, and we had the opportunity to interact with them, which was only available to guests.It was a very fond memory.I would definitely like to visit again, and I would also like to stay at Kobe Suma Sea World Hotel.

This is a new hotel.I think all the customers are going to Suma Sea World. There are dolphins in the hotel too., I get excited. Depending on the location, you can even view it from inside your hotel room. Speaking of luxuries, there are not many elevators. Especially at check-out time, it is difficult to get down to the front desk.

Suma Sea World Hotel.I wanted to stay the night.A room that can accommodate 3 people.There was no aquarium😆😆From the balcony, of course, you can see the sea, and below is the hotel's exclusive dolphin pool.You can look down at the dolphins at night.Meals are buffet style for both breakfast and dinner.Many of the menu items are made with local ingredients such as Kobe beef, Kobe pork, and Suma seaweed.The room is spacious and the amenities are unlimited.It's a little expensive, but if you go to Sea World, you get an admission ticket that can be used for 2 days.I feel like this is a good deal.

The view from the balcony is amazing, and if you look up from the front, you'll see turtles and fish swimming, and outside the window you'll see two dolphins swimming.I stayed in a room with a jetted bathtub, but it didn't feel very comfortable considering the price.It would have been nice if there was a massage machine in the hot spring bath or in the room.There was a breakfast and dinner buffet, but most of the food that was supposed to be hot was not kept warm properly and ended up cold.For dinner, the sea bream carpaccio, three-piece nigiri sushi, and fruit were delicious.For breakfast, the Ochazuke with beef shabu was delicious.The pajamas were comfortable for my husband who is 170 cm and 73 kg to wear, and even I, who is 156 cm, was able to wear them comfortably.Mr. Stap was smiling at the front desk and at the buffet venue, which made me feel good.

The customer service was very polite and it was very comfortable!I will definitely use them again!I think it's a good idea to keep the amenities in the room to a minimum and just take what you need from the front desk. Personally, this was my first experience with the advance payment system, but considering the recent security situation, I think it's a very good method! (Foreigners fleeing before payment, etc.)

My grandmother, myself, and my two sons used it.I asked him many times about things that I didn't understand until the day of the trip, and he answered me carefully every time.Also, even during my stay at the hotel, when I asked about anything I didn't understand, they answered me politely.The room was clean and we could see the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, the ocean, and dolphins from the balcony.The rice was seasonal and delicious, and I ended up eating way too much each time.It was a great family trip and we have great memories.Dolphin Experience It seemed expensive at 10,000 yen per person, but we learned about the ecology of dolphins, interacted with them, fed them, gave them signs, and had photos taken by a professional photographer.It's worth 10,000 yen per person.My two sons and my grandmother had a great time. The dolphins at the sign were so close and powerful that my grandmother took a step back, and the photos were amazing. thank you very much.I happened to meet the cameraman's brother and the lady who explained about the ecology of dolphins at the aquarium, and I was so happy that they talked to me.Those who stay overnight can go to Sea World as much as they want for two days. There is a gate for guests right next to Suma Seewald, which gives it a special feeling.Even if the hotel's parking lot was full, there was a SeaWorld parking lot right next to it, so I was able to park nearby.I would definitely use it again.

My family usually travels overnight in the car, but this time we decided to experience it as a luxury. The accommodation, hospitality, service, and food were all wonderful, and the view of the Akashi Strait and the dolphins from the balcony made it a special experience. Even before we checked out, my family said they wanted to come again, and as a father, I am very satisfied. In addition, the VIP-feeling hospitality such as admission tickets to the aquarium, private parking lot, and private entrance gate are wonderful.I would like to stay overnight when I come again, and I have recommended the same to my friends.

First of all, we charge parking fees even from guests, and if there is parking near the hotel, if you try to cancel, you will be charged half the price🌚The hotel is very beautiful, that's all ♨️There are no hot springs, large communal baths, shops, or places for children to play within the hotel 😵💫I had high hopes for the buffet, but Yukai Resort Premium was a clear winner 🎃This is not a hotel for families with children to stay at.It's still new and it's directly connected to the aquarium, so it's a 2 star, which is very close to the 1 star.Buffet really disappointing💀The breakfast buffet was delicious ♨️ What are the differences in the menu? 🤔

It's very close to Suma Sea World and has an entrance for guests only, making it very convenient.It was also a great hotel. You can see dolphins and the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge from your room, making for a spectacular view. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.Best of all was the food. The best...! ! ! ! Although it is a buffet style, the quality is high and both adults and children will be satisfied. It was really delicious...! Rather than saying ``〇〇 was especially delicious,'' it's more like ``Everything was delicious and it's hard to choose one.'' The fish dishes, meat dishes, rice dishes, and desserts were all delicious and enjoyed by the whole family.Advance reservations are required for the parking lot for guests, but parking is subject to change at 12:00. If you want to play around Suma Sea World and the surrounding area the next day, we recommend parking in the parking lot next door instead of in the hotel parking lot. (I got a discount ticket and it costs 1500 yen/day)

I brought my 92-year-old mother, children, and grandchildren ^_^The Suma coast is right in front of you, and I think it's the best hotel in the summer.The good thing is that you can go to Sea World without lining up ^_^Check-in is from 15:00You can get there early and have your luggage taken care of at the front desk.I also got tickets to Sea World.After leaving the first floor of the hotel and walking a little,There is an entrance exclusively for hotel guests.I got in without lining up.You can see dolphins from your room ^_^The meal was a buffet, but it was very delicious. Unfortunately, there was no ice cream.And unfortunately, there is no public bath.I want to go in the summer next time m(__)m

Being able to watch dolphins swimming in the pool from your hotel room is an experience like no other.Just being close to living things can be soothing.The buffet had a lot of variety and I was very satisfied.

The room and the view from the room were wonderful. I also brought my 2-year-old son with him, and everyone at the front desk welcomed him kindly, so he seemed to be having fun the whole time. The buffet at the restaurant was elaborate and everything was delicious.

The bad part is, I don't mind paying over 100,000 yen for two people per night (coral room), but there is no charge for parking. There is no service to carry your luggage to your room.The good thing is, the coral and tropical fish are beautiful in the new room. The course meal at the back of the dinner table (fillet) is delicious. It's delicious in the morning too. The bubbles in the bath feel so good. A killer whale will greet you at the front desk. The front ceiling LED is also good.I would give it a 5 if it could be improved. 4 if it stays the same.
