I took care of my 2 adults and my 6 year old son. What left an impression on me was that everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Immediately after arriving, my son asked me his name, and he remembered my name and called me ◯◯-kun. Children were also happy to see that there were free events that they could enjoy, such as all-you-can-stuff candy and super ball scooping. It was my first time to try grilled abalone, but I was blown away by the last push lol.The food is plentiful and I'm very satisfied. There are 4 private baths, and if they are empty, you can use them for free, which is very satisfying.I have become busy.

The children's summer vacation is over and the new school year has begun. It was such a timing, but thank you for your help at the inn. I arrived early for check-in time, but thank you for letting me store my luggage. I was able to stroll around a bit. We were given detailed explanations at check-in. It was great that you could take a private hot bath in the hotel's hot water before dinner! The kids were excited about the candy store service 😃 They had plenty of time to enjoy dinner. I can't finish the sashimi, crab, Tajima beef, hot pot, and tempura! My stomach is full 😀 The rice was delicious too! Even the fried udon was served as a service and the kids loved it 😋 Yes, we got enough for the number of adults 🍺! I'm so impressed🙇‍♂️Thank you to the staff for being so attentive🙇‍♂️The kids were so happy at the petit night shop! I would like to thank the staff for their secret service 😀 After breakfast, I enjoyed the homemade pudding 🍮 that I received last night while relaxing until checkout. It's a trip I don't do often, but I have very fond memories. Thank you very much 😊

Lovely manager who is very knowledgeable and share tips on what to do and where to go and went the extra mile to get my hubby his birthday cake. Thank you very much for the memorable experience.

It was my first time visiting Kinosaki Onsen with my daughter. The outdoor bath was comfortable because you could tell in advance how crowded it would be.The rain had stopped, and we were able to enjoy spring with clear skies and rows of cherry blossom trees.Even though there was tea in the room, there was no water, so I went to the vending machine to buy it again. When I went out to the public bath, I had to wear my own shoes because the entrance to the inn was stone-paved and difficult to walk on.

Unfortunately the weather was bad, but the cherry blossoms were blooming more beautifully than I expected. The inn was so comfortable that I couldn't finish the food.Of course, visiting the outdoor baths was also fun✨
