Amazing!!This is one of my favorite Ryokan in Japan. You have your private onsen in your room and have the possibility to take a traditional dinner. From takedao station:- if you go to the right = direction towards the ryokan (possibility to book a bus that brings you to the ryokan)- if you go to the left =If you like walking:I advise to take the path from takedao station to namaze station, it takes about 1,5 - 2 hours through nature and some dark tunnels :) (take a lamp with you)

Perfect way to end a hike! The entry fee is a little high, but the facilities are nice. Indoor and outdoor bath, towels, shampoo, and lotion provided. Some construction going on across the river right now, so not as quiet as I would like. I've been 3 times and I've had the baths all to myself everytime.

LOVED every minute in here - my family, member of 4, spent one marvelous night here in Azare. It is a premium, finest ryokan located in quiet place near Osaka city. Every detail was perfect, especially clean room condition and nicely decorated onsen. Especially I got to meet the owner of the Ryokan and she was kind enough to serve us extra desserts and told us all the stories about the ryokan. Would definitely visit again! Visiting this ryokan made our trip so much happier.

I like the open-air bath here, and sometimes visit it for a day trip. Since I was the first one on a weekday, I was able to relax and enjoy the private bath. It's a simple, slightly radioactive hot spring with lukewarm water, but since it's a free-flowing hot spring, you'll start sweating after a while. Enjoy a relaxing bath while listening to the sound of the river and the cicadas while looking at the sky. There was a blindfold in the open air that wasn't there before. I don't think you can see much from the other side of the river because there are trees, but I wonder if it's someone's voice. The changing rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the air conditioning worked well. After bathing, I felt less hungry, so I had lunch. As expected, the main store is in Nishijin, Kyoto, so it's delicious no matter when you eat it. The seasoning is just right, not too strong. The soup stock in the small pot is really delicious and I end up drinking it every time. The ``Azare'' lunch includes 8 sun, sea bream and yellowtail sashimi, Jimami tofu with salmon roe and sea grapes, tempura, steamed egg custard, a small pot of pork, rice, and water dishes. It's luxurious and filling. .Jimami tofu itself was very delicious, but when you eat it with the salmon roe and sea grapes on it, it has a nice salty taste that brings out the flavor of the tofu and makes it even more delicious. The watery sesame pudding is rich and melts in your mouth. I just want to applaud the person who thought of compatibility with pineapple. It's an open-air bath in the mountains, so there were insects, but it didn't bother me that much. I would like to visit you again when I am tired. The waiter was also polite.

I visited on a day trip to take a bath.In this plan, the time was set from 11:00 to 15:00, and we arrived at 2:00 pm, so we stayed for 1 hour. The front desk told me, ``Please come back at 3:00 p.m.''There was a clock in the changing room, so I checked it occasionally as I entered. The price is 1800 yen. Bath towels and towels are provided, so you can go empty-handed.Perhaps because it was a weekday at such a time, we rented it out and enjoyed going back and forth between the indoor bath and the open-air bath.Beautiful and calm atmosphere. It's not that big, but there weren't many people this time, so I was able to spend a nice and relaxing time there.I could see the river through the window and the fresh greenery was beautiful. There were autumn leaves in the open-air bath, so I think it would be nice again during the autumn leaves season. The changing room had makeup remover, face wash, lotion, milky lotion, combs, toothbrushes, cotton swabs, and hair caps.It took me 15 minutes to get dressed, dry my hair, and go to the bathroom.1 hour was enough.
