Honestly, I have no faults.Low rating: “No welcome drink...”I guess it's rarer to find something like this at such a low price lol Go somewhere more expensive lol・Anyway, the room has been renovated to look like a new building and is very clean.・Everyone has good customer service・Since there are few customers, the bath can be used widely (sad)・The rice is not ready-made, but is delicious like a Japanese restaurant.・I walked from Arima Onsen Station, but it took about 20 minutes. (It's a walkable distance if you're young)I've traveled all over the country and I have no complaints here.If I had to say, the only shop had only a few sweets, juices, and snacks.

They accommodated late check-ins, the staff at the night front desk were attentive, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the baths were large and clean. The price was also reasonable and excellent. I will definitely go again.

It's a little far from Arima Onsen Station, and it's uphill, so if you call the hotel, they can arrange a shuttle for you.The large public bath at this hotel will satisfy you, but you can also use it if you want to enjoy the hot springs outside, as you can get one admission ticket to Kin-no-Yu Gin-no-Yu.However, Kin-no-yu is about a 10-minute walk away, so even if you take a bath, you'll be sweating again when you get back to the hotel.Meals are not buffet-style, but are elegant course meals.

I found Maple Arima as a catalog gift and used it.The plan was for 2 people, so there were 3 people, so I paid an additional fee for 1 person and stayed with 3 people. The welcome drink was a recommended mixed juice and it was very delicious.I also had a ticket for the outdoor hot spring, Kinsen, so I was able to enter Kinsen as well.Personally, I liked the walking bath in the large public bath, and I would like to use it again to relax by myself.

About 10 minutes walk from Arima Onsen StationYumotozaka is also within walking distance. The surrounding area is quiet and calm. The room was very clean, spacious and relaxing.I think the staff are relatively old.I think that is what gives this hotel a sense of security. Most of the staff were polite and kind. The large public bath is rich in variety, including lying baths, cascading baths, and bubble baths. This is the lineup. There is also a sauna, so it would have been nice to have a cold bath.I also appreciate the free drinks after bathing.

I decided to take my mother to my hometown of Kobe for the first time in a while.I'd like to go to Arima Onsen, but it seems like it's a little expensive because it's full at that time of year lol. This hotel has a ``shabu-shabu of conger conger'' course, and I made a reservation because I ate conger conger a lot in Kobe, but I never saw it in Nagano, and I wanted to try it because it was nostalgic. The children (aged 2 and 20) seemed to be attracted to the "beef shabu-shabu" course, but when they tried the conger conger shabu-shabu for the first time, they seemed to like the texture and flavor, and their mother said it was delicious. And we ate everything we couldn't finish lol.Recently, I've only stayed at buffet-style hotels, so having the entire meal delivered to you feels luxurious and allows you to enjoy it in a very calm manner. It's close to the hot spring town, but due to my schedule, I ended up just driving there. It would have been nice to take a leisurely stroll.

We stayed in a renovated maple twin.It was new and beautiful.About 10 minutes walk to the souvenir street. There is no shuttle service, so it can be difficult in the hot summer. The food was average. All the employees worked together to fulfill various roles, and I felt that they all provided good customer service.I'm a little like the lady next door, so I might be able to tell you what you like.
