I used it on a family trip (3 parents and children) on Saturday, the first day of the holidays.Like other Candeo Hotels, the hotel was clean and had a large public bath, so I was able to relax.☆Good pointsAlthough it was a twin room, the beds were attached together so it could be used like a king bed.There was also a couch by the window, and the room was spacious.The large public bath had an indoor bath and an outdoor bath, and it was a good Candeo standard sky spa.There are two coin laundry machines, but they are drum-type with an integrated dryer, so it's convenient because you don't have to transfer them in between.The location is good, so you won't have any trouble getting dinner. There is also a convenience store nearby, which is convenient.☆Not-so-good pointsThe front desk is on the 12th floor, so it's a bit troublesome.(If you don't have to pay at checkout, you just return the card key on the first floor, so it's easy)There is no dedicated parking lot, and nearby parking is also expensive, so if you want to stay affordable, you may have to park a little far away.I think it was a timing issue, but the public bath was quite crowded.There were quite a lot of changing rooms around 8pm and 7am, so if you want to relax with fewer people, it might be better to go at different times.Although there are some bad points, I think the good location and comfort of the rooms are unique to Candeo Hotels.I would like to use it again ☺️

Overall, I had a comfortable time. I think it was a space that showed a bit of luxury for a business hotel. Although the facilities have deteriorated over time, they were clean and did not cause any inconvenience. Sensitive people may be concerned about smells and dirt, but for general business use it's more than acceptable and I have no complaints. On the other hand, if you ask for more than that, I think you'll start to worry about things.I wonder if smart TV is the default these days, which is nice. On the other hand, the outlets for things like charging my smartphone weren't very well arranged, so they were in the middle of the double bed, or at the edge of the tea set.The sofa next to the window was nice, but the view was poor and it got hot in the sun, so it was difficult to use this time. When I sat down to watch TV, I noticed my reflection in the mirror across from me. Other things I felt are as follows:Unfortunately, there is no coffee as an amenity.There were often two elevators waiting.Noises from the hallway echo throughout the room.The sound of trains outside is pleasant.Is it okay to be closer to Sannomiya station? sense of distanceIt's nice that you don't have to go to the front desk once you check in.

It's a relatively new hotel, so it's very clean. The faucets in the bathroom are sparkling clean and it feels very nice. Alcohol, cheese, etc. are sold next to the front of the hotel, in wicker baskets. They will lend you wine and glasses. Payment for the wine will be made at that time. The hot spring on the top floor was very pleasant and I would like to go again.The staff at the front desk were all elegant and courteous. It's close to Sannomiya Station and right next to Kobe's Center Gai, so you can get a meal right away, and there's Tor Road in front of the hotel, so it's a good location for sightseeing, which is also attractive. ~

I wonder if the level of cleaning and maintenance has dropped a bit recently. I have used Candeo Hotels in many places, but I feel that the quality of the baths for overnight guests has declined in the places where they offer day-trip baths, including this one in Kobe. There are many good points, so I hope it will improve.

I used a glass that was in the room, and when I slid it off to use the paper coaster underneath, I was surprised to see so much dust flying around. I guess the area where the glass was kept wasn't cleaned. I used the glass without checking if it was clean. There was a toothbrush in an amenity bag standing in the toothbrush stand, but the inside of the toothbrush stand was dirty and disgusting. If you don't wash your toothbrush because it's difficult to clean, I don't think the hotel needs one. I've never seen a toothbrush stand provided at other hotels. Also, one of the hair dryers in the public bath didn't work. Other than that, there is a microwave in front of the public bath, the view from the sitting area in front of the public bath is nice, there is a long couch in the room, the air conditioner in the room works well, and since I made a reservation through the official website, I checked at 1:00 p.m. It was a very nice hotel where we could relax and check out at 12:00.

The location is very good. It is very convenient to eat and buy things. It was raining heavily when we checked out. The cleaning staff who were working on the first floor were friendly and allowed us to drive the car to the private parking area of the hotel and let us load our luggage into the car. It was really Thank you very much for her thoughtfulness and I would like to stay at this hotel again👍

The facilities are very clean. However, the only thing that bothers me is the smell from the guest room floor, which may be related to the humidity. It's difficult to ventilate, so there's always a musty smell. Everyone at the hotel is kind. I feel like if I take some precautions, I'll be able to spend a much better time.

3 minutes walk from the west exit of Motomachi Station. A hotel with an open-air bath. I was confused because there was no Japanese person at the front desk. To get to your room, use your card key in the elevator and press the button for the desired floor. It is easy to go to the bathroom or dining room in loungewear or slippers. The front desk, restaurant, and baths all have large windows, giving a sense of openness and a view of the Kobe mountains. Breakfast time was changed, but I was glad that it wasn't crowded. I was more than satisfied with the meal. There is a smoking room. It was a hotel that I was very satisfied with.
