It's been a while since I've been here, but I was warmly welcomed by everyone. I really felt like I was being welcomed back. The room and hotel bath were both good.

The only thing that was good about it was the greatness of the staff, and other than that, I don't particularly recommend the suite villa. As a luxury inn, it is significantly inferior to other luxury inns in the same price range and nearby, and it is extremely expensive for glamping. The owner is Tsutomu Shida, the founder of Shidax, and I felt that he made a lot of sense in some places. You can feel the methods used by people who have succeeded in the food and beverage industry, which is considered particularly difficult to manage, in various places. The suite villa is advertised as having a total area of 100 square meters, but this is probably the total area including the wooden deck, rooftop, and entrance stairs, and the indoor space is only about half of that. As for the interior, the floors are cushioned (those of you who run a rental business will understand why), and the bath mats are Phantoscope, which can be purchased on Amazon for around 1,790 yen. However, the mirror in the bathroom sink can be turned on by touching it, making it a focal point so it doesn't look cheap.Food and drinks are also not worth the price. Even though we are next to a winery, the red wine we serve is from Chile, and 80% of the white wine is made with grapes purchased from Yamanashi and Nagano. There is no point in paying a premium for staying next to a winery. The only drinks in the kitchen car are the ones you get at Shidax. The snacks are nuts and cheese. You can tell right away that Wagyu beef is not a domestic brand. There is also a possibility of importing Wagyu beef breeds. The facility where the hot springs are located is clearly old and there is no place where you feel you are receiving a high premium price. However, the staff who provided the shuttle service was very polite and willingly accommodated my sudden request for a shuttle.Overall, there were many parts where I thought, ``Is there another way to manage business?'', but to be honest, I was at a level where I was confused as to whether I should use it as a reference. It may be necessary to make money, but I can't do it.This is a long story, but it is not a luxury inn with high added value, nor can it be called a glamping facility at a reasonable price, so if you are considering it, please do a thorough research in advance before making a reservation. Recommended.

I used an American-style glamping facility with my dog.Unlike the usual dome-shaped tents, this is a solid cottage, so you can go up to the roof from the side stairs. The view of Mt. Fuji and the night sky from here is spectacular. In addition to ingredients that are pre-processed and baked in a large roaster, there are also a variety of pre-made items such as appetizers that are ready to eat, making them quite filling. In addition, if you go to the wagon near the site entrance, you can have as many alcoholic drinks and snacks as you like. For me from Shimoto, the grape juice was exquisite. There is a shower in the room, but you can use the hot spring public bath at the affiliated hotel. It's a bit far, so if you specify a time in advance, you can be picked up by car. Towels are lent to you free of charge. At the back of the grounds, there is a dog run divided into small and large dogs. Up until now, my dog had just wandered around his owner at any dog park, but he ran happily for the first time at this dog park. Dogs seem to enjoy the natural grass and long, sloping shape. All pet supplies are provided, so all you need to bring is dog food. All the staff were polite and kind, and I was left with an extremely positive impression of the facility. I would definitely like to use them again. If I had to make a request, I would like them to reduce the amount of food (about 50-70% of the current amount) and offer a plan with a slightly lower price because the amount of food was too large. Please consider this.

I stayed for one night and two days because I was told that I could stay with my pet. There were no tall buildings around, so Mt. Fuji could be seen beautifully, and depending on the time of day, the view of Mt. Fuji changed over time, and I was impressed. The staff are also very kind and I am very satisfied.I'll be staying again.
