I stayed here for 2 days on a trip to Kobe. The staff were courteous and the breakfast was delicious. It was also very accessible to Universal. It was also close to Chinatown.

We had 2 rooms, but unfortunately they were on different floors. It smelled like cigarettes and was not suitable for children.

I used it on a business trip. The location is about 10 minutes from the nearest Port Liner station. The room was well-cleaned and had a clean feel. However, probably because it was an old property, there were no visible outlets nor were there any around the bed, so it was inconvenient to use while charging my phone.

I used it on a business trip after a long time.I think it's about a 10 minute walk from Sannomiya station. The surrounding area is quiet, but there is only Family Mart. After that, I have to go to the station. The rest is miscellaneousThe room is old, but clean. The air conditioner was unique. Is it old? There are two options: strong or weak airflow. Unusual construction.I didn't shave, I had two combs. I don't know if it's a mistake or if it was originally like that. The front desk is on the second floor, so if your luggage is large or heavy, it will be a hassle. The front desk is very responsive.Breakfast doesn't have a lot of variety, but it maintains a certain level and is sufficient. The vending machines inside the building are quite expensive.A 500ml can of beer costs about 420 or 430 yen.I bought this because I didn't want to go to the convenience store across the street. .

This is a business hotel located south of the JR, Hankyu, and Hanshin lines (in the business district on the opposite side of the downtown area). Judging from the height difference with the unit bath and the arrangement of electrical outlets, it looks like it's old, but it's been renovated so well that you wouldn't know it at first glance. The room is spacious enough, the price is reasonable, and even though it's on the opposite side of the downtown area, it doesn't feel inconvenient. There is also a Family Mart right after leaving the hotel and crossing the traffic lights. There are plenty of restaurants unless it's late at night.I would like to say that the area is quiet, but there were people practicing skateboarding late at night, which was annoying. There's nothing you can do about this at a hotel, so it seems like you'll have no choice but to protect yourself with earplugs.

Superb hotel at a good price. Nice rooms which are larger than average. I only stayed one night and unfortunately had no time for the breakfast, but I think it is a great hotel. Also the location is good, not too far from the train-station.I would definitely book there again.

The hoteliers (especially the two elderly gentlemen late at night) were really friendly. Although it is an antique and old hotel, the twin rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. It's unfortunate that there is no water purifier and that the hotel lobby is on the second floor, but there are only stairs, but they provide Japanese snacks as welcome food every day. The location is a 10-minute walk from Sannomia Station, and all tourist attractions are within walking distance, so the neighborhood is quiet. It's also the perfect location for shopping. A place that gave me good memories of Kobe.
