We stayed here on our last night in Tokyo, choosing this hotel for its convenient location close to transportation to the airport. The location is perfect for exploring the Ginza district and is a short distance from the main subway stations. The hotel offers a restaurant and two bars on the second floor, and we were offered two welcome drinks upon arrival. There is also a small, but lovely terrace, ideal for having a drink and enjoying the view of the city. Guests can use a laundry room. The room is very spacious, with a large shower and all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. Instead of the TV there is a projector, although we were unable to use it. The bed was really comfortable and, despite being on the third floor, we didn't hear any noise from the street. Ultimately, it was a great choice and I highly recommend this hotel.

Super clean rooms! Small and bare but comfortable. Fantastic location. Breakfast is okay. Did not appreciate the fact that the hotel wanted to upgrade our room so that they could fit a cot in. We refused the upgrade and got our own travel cot which worked well.

Reception counter is not so conspicuous, looking like part of the bar. Location is good, only minutes away from Ginza Station.

Excellent location in vibrant Ginza. Close to subway and only one stop or a 15-20 min walk to Tokyo station.Rooms were a good size. The bed was very comfy, but the pillows less so. Shower was excellent. The bar/reception was a little disappointing. The bar felt a little reception-y and the reception more like a bar (especially if you arrive on a Saturday when it is manic). The laundry room was an unexpected bonus. Only ¥300 for a load of washing was excellent. Only three machines so you may have to wait occasionally.

Overall, it should be 5 starts, except I had a serious issue with the projector system. The services were great. Location was so convenient ans close access to all the stores.

The rooms were pleasant. Location good. Trains did not interrupt us as much as we first thought. Breakfast on the other hand was underwhelming. I could never recommend booking this hotel with the breakfast inclusion.

Not worth the price.Noise level is quite high, rooms are right by the highway and train tracks. Wouldn’t recommend staying here after long flights, particularly with jet lagsThe lobby has an open area restaurant, there is always a strong food smell.Watch out when reserving, there is a Ginza 8 hotel that can easily confuse you.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel, and overall, the experience was pleasant. The room is modern and well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed and quality electronics, including a really nice projector. Everything was clean and well-maintained.However, the reception is located in a bar, which might feel strange, especially if you arrive during a DJ night. It creates a rather unique atmosphere, but it depends on the time of your arrival whether that’s a downside or not.The major downside is the breakfast. For a hotel of this standard, it's very disappointing. There’s just a small basket placed on the bar with a few slices of seeded bread and mini croissants, but by 9 AM, there’s nothing left, and no restocking before breakfast service ends at 9:30. The dishes are simple, and ordering via QR code doesn’t add much to the experience. The price is quite high considering how basic the breakfast is.
