My elderly mother and I stayed here without meals to see the Kawazu cherry blossoms. The host was kind and provided a shuttle to a nearby restaurant. I would like to use it again next time.

The location is quite good. There is also a parking lot in front of the inn and a little further away, so you don't have to worry about it as there are several parking spaces available. It feels like an old-fashioned inn.The rooms were kept clean and the size was just right. The breakfast was similar to the Japanese breakfast at The Ryokan. It was perfect for me, who likes rice for breakfast, but might be too spicy for people who like bread. However, even when the door was properly closed, there was a gap, and there was only one key and no chain, so I was a little concerned about security. The bathhouse is just the right size for two people, but it's small enough for three people. Also, hair dryers are only available in the bathroom. It may not be suitable for women-only accommodation.

The breakfast is wonderful. very delicious. Iwaburo Onsen is not an open-air bath, but it is very nice. The facility isAlthough it is undeniably old due to its Showa retro feel, it was well-maintained and clean, so if you are looking for something beautiful or fashionable, you may want to stay away from this inn.

I'm glad I was able to stay overnight without meals. It was nice to take a bath in the hot springs. I would be happy if there was Wi-Fi (^_^;)
