Superb apartment tastefully decorated (and completely renovated by the owner). There is everything you need to feel at home, the place is quiet, it is easy to park nearby for a small extra fee. We were a group of 6 and loved staying here. We highly recommend this place.

This is my second time using it since June of this year.The owner's DIY and industrial style rooms are stylish and comfortable.The location is good, and on Saturdays and Sundays, you can enjoy delicious morning ramen from the owner-managed ramen shop on the first floor.Above all, the owner and parents are very responsive.Another favorite has been added.

Thank you to the three of us for your help.As I was told when I was shown around, I had to climb some very steep and narrow stairs to get to the rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors (lol).It might be a little difficult for people with bad feet...The room was also quite large and clean.However, although bath towels were provided, there are no regular towels, so it is better to bring your own.The location is easily accessible on foot to a convenience store, and it's also close to Sakaemachi Street!Depending on the business hours of the ramen shop on the first floor, the parking lot is also right in front of the room.In Otaru, I stayed at other famous hotels, but this one was also quite good.
