I used it on a trip to reward myself for working hard.To be honest, it was the worst.First, there were insects like crickets or cockroaches in the room. Please note that this is an inn, not a bungalow in the midst of nature. It's true that there was insecticide in the closet, but does that mean that if there are insects, the customers are supposed to kill them? Since we are paying to stay here, shouldn't we provide a room with measures to prevent insects? Even when I was going to sleep, I couldn't sleep because I could hear the buzzing of wings and other noises in my ears. Also, it's a place to eat. I ate at a place that looked like a place to eat, but since I was alone with a group of people, I felt awkward and couldn't help but feel calm because I could see through the staff entrance and the staff would occasionally glance at me. I couldn't eat the rice. I don't remember whether it tasted good or bad. There was no consideration given to customers traveling alone.Lastly, I have a complaint about shampoo. They seem to recommend shampoos, conditioners, and body washes that use soy milk, but I'm allergic to soy, so I couldn't use them because I didn't know what would happen. The only shampoo in the private bath and in the room was the soy milk one, and there was something different in the public bath.I felt that there was no consideration given to the fact that they mainly sell items that have specific allergies.I can tell you about allergies when it comes to food, but I never dreamed that they would be using such things for things like shampoo. It is true that there may be few such people, but I think it is necessary to give consideration to such people.I was really disappointed because I planned it as a reward for myself and got a little excited. I would like my money back.

A typhoon was forecast to hit directly on the day we were scheduled to stay, so when we asked to change the date, they were very accommodating and kind.We had small children with us, so we were really grateful for this.We used a room with an open-air bath.It felt so good that I went there many times!I had reserved the sukiyaki course for the meal, and everything was delicious in terms of quality and quantity. As for the location, there was a drug store and a 24-hour supermarket near the inn, so it was convenient for families with children, as there was a drug store and a 24-hour supermarket where you could easily find things you forgot or buy extra baby food!I would like to thank all the employees for not only providing pleasant customer service, but also for smiling at my children and talking to them, which makes me very happy as a parent.

I stayed in a room with an open-air bath. When I checked in and walked to my room, I was surprised to see how hot the hallway was.The room had been renovated and was nice, but there was no ventilation fan in the toilet or indoor bath, so it was extremely hot and I was drenched in sweat when I entered the toilet. The open-air bath was nice, but the fixed position of the shower was about 20 cm from the floor, so it was difficult to wash my hair while holding the shower. For dinner, the sashimi was delicious, but the tempura was bland and disappointing. After the grilled fish, I had boiled kinme, which was another fish? It was a similar menu. The rice was also too soft for my liking. The futon was flat and I wish I had a mattress, but my back hurt when I woke up in the morning.

I came here because I wanted to relax at a hot spring inn for the first time in a while. The staff was very helpful, the room was spacious, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious and filling. In addition to the large public bath, there were two private open-air baths, which were very nice because they didn't require advance reservations and you could enter them as soon as they were available.Next time I would like to stay in a room with an open-air bath, so I would like to visit you again.
