It was a hotel where you could feel like staying at a friend's house.The washing machine is old and small, so there is no drying function.The parking lot is quite narrow, so if you are not confident in driving a large vehicle, it will be difficult. (I think there are many people renting cars)What was especially bothersome was that the Wi-Fi didn't connect at all.I was able to connect it and use it for a few minutes, but suddenly I couldn't connect to the internet even though it was connected, and I ended up having to use my cell phone's radio waves.I also had trouble checking out and not knowing where to return the key.

It may be a little difficult to find because the location is remote. The condition of the room itself was really good, but it was very drafty and there was no warm water in the bathroom. The boiler keeps turning off. Other than that, it's honestly a cost-effective room.

The accommodation is very clean and tidy.The checkin process is easy using the video chat with the host and get the password to open the door lock.Great to use the washer and they provide laundry rack and plenty hangers to dry the clothes. You can choose mode on the AC to dry your clothes as well.Car park is open air and free.However room 202 is the first room on the main floor near the lift and is noisy if there are people coming and leaving.

You have to climb up a hill to get there, and dragging your luggage will be tiring in the snow. The space is quite large, the daily necessities are complete, and the balcony has a good view. Air conditioner operation is noisy

The streets in the nearby residential area are very beautiful. But there are relatively few restaurants and it’s a little inconvenient to eat.

If you don't have a suitcase and it's not raining or snowing, you can walk, but I think it's tiring to travel with a suitcase because you have to take detours around stairs or steep hills.We used taxis at check-in and check-out.It's a bit of a walk to Sakaimachi, but it's within walking distance, and it's also close to the Genghis Khan restaurant, Kita Togarashi, so I thought it was a good location for going to other places.It was a very cheap stay, and there was not only a refrigerator and electric kettle, but also a microwave and toaster, so it seemed like I could stay comfortably for several days in a row.

The location is secluded, the room is large enough, the refrigerator is large enough, the kitchen is convenient, and the view is good. It takes more than 5 minutes to walk to Otaru Old Street. It is only a slope, and one part is steep. There are parking spaces, but the first stop is The technology of the parking lot is better, and the second parking lot is easy to park, but you have to walk about 30 meters to reach the door of the residence. The CP value is quite good. I personally like it very much. I will visit again in the future.

Although the location is not good as it is located on top of a mountain, it is difficult for outside air to come in and retains heat well, and there is sufficient heating and cooling.The kitchen is small, but it has the minimum cooking utensils so you can cook.It comes with a washing machine and a clothesline, so you can wash your clothes early in the morning and have them dry by the time you get back from sightseeing. Very helpful.At check-in, it was quite tedious to enter all the names, addresses, occupations, etc. of all guests. Addresses and occupations of persons other than the representative are not required to be listed in ordinary hotels, so is there anything that can be improved?I was tired from walking all the way to the top of the mountain, and the input pad was malfunctioning, so it must have taken nearly 20 minutes just to check in.

This is not a hotel. These are apartments like AirBnB. No service, all self check in via the Ipad. We stayed in the end room on the 4th floor.We had a car so the location was not an issue for us but finding it initially was tough. It is far from the train station but Sakaimachi Street is at the bottom if you walk down several steep slope roads.Parking on the lower level can only fit 4 cars max. There were 3 cars parked and I took a while to park my car when it was pitch black at night. Better to park at the top level, much more space and has lighting.Overall the rooms were a decent size and fairly clean but dusty. Only one main a/c in the lounge to blow into the 2 bedrooms?!? No a/c's in the other rooms.Own kitchen with ample utensils.Bathrooms we were only given 5 towels between 2 Adults and 2 teenagers. (we stayed for 5 days 4 nights!!). The extractor fan was dirty. Should at least make an effort to clean for guests?!The bath towels had a bad smell after first use. We were told extra towels would cost us, otherwise we could use the washing machine to wash ourselves. NO washing detergent is provided at all. Had to go and buy our own in Family Mart.And last but not least, the Fuse box jumped several times when we had the kettle on. Tried different outlets but the same result even with nothing else switched on..Overall, I wouldn't consider here again in future especially if travelling with family.

The location is on a fairly steep slope, at the entrance to Suitengu Shrine. It is not recommended for those who go on foot as it is located in a place where cars can barely climb up.However, during the winter season when there is snow, cars are likely to spin out.Check-in is done using a tablet on the first floor, but it may be confusing if you are not used to it.The room was adequate.Since we are operating remotely, this may not be possible, butThe common areas within the building lacked a sense of cleanliness, and I thought it would be better if the weeds around the building were cleaned up.

The location is not in a busy area, but it's not a bad walk. The room is comfortable and the bathroom is huge!There are washing machines, clothes racks, microwaves, ovens, and dishes. It is very convenient to stay for 2 nights and go shopping in Shakotan Island and Otaru.The CP value is very high. If you confirm it before check-in, self-check-in will not be too difficult.

15 minutes walk from Minami-Otaru Station There are up and down hills, which can be quite tiring if you have a lot of luggage, so we recommend taking a taxi from Minami-Otaru Station.The room is clean and has a refrigerator and washing machine, so it's much cheaper than staying at a hotel in Otaru city, so I recommend it.

The room I stayed in had cooking utensils. Pots, plates, spoons, forks, knives, etc. There was also a microwave and toaster.The room was spacious and I was satisfied. It's true that the location was difficult to find and I thought I'd have to maneuver around the car in the parking lot. If you are inexperienced, we recommend parking in the upper parking lot. There are many things within walking distance, but it's on a hill, so you'll always have to climb on your way back.It was a little difficult because the key to the room was broken and it took a while to lock it, but other than that I'm satisfied.
