It was right after getting off the highway. As mentioned in other comments, the room is old.The facility didn't feel that old.The food was delicious. The hot pot was very delicious. The hot springs were nice, and I went there with my kids, and all the employees were kind. I'm very satisfied. I will go again.

Employees, guest rooms, food, private bathsOverall it was great!First family trip with a 2 year oldI really enjoyed it.First of all, all the staff at the hotel were very friendly and when my child said goodbye, they all smiled and waved back and talked to me, making my child happy. The inside of the guest room has been renovated and is sparkling clean!Toys and athletics tooThe children were overjoyed!Private open-air baths are available by the hour.It was possible to reserve and use it.The cleaning was perfect, and even though it was my last bath, the water was sparkling clean and I was able to take a bath with my child without any worries.I wasn't able to use the public bath, but I was very satisfied with the open-air bath instead. Also the extra Piyo-chan I got as a pre-order bonus. My kids still love it.The food was delicious and our family of three enjoyed our first trip together. thank you very much.I would definitely like to use it again.

I was planning to go to Mie to go to a nearby hot spring, but due to the typhoon, I changed my plan to Hyogo. When we arrived, a staff member was waiting for us and helped us carry our luggage from the car.Everyone welcomes you with a wonderful smileThe room is a normal twin room.Clean and comfortable open-air bathDinner was delicious and the quantity was satisfying.Breakfast is a buffet with many varieties. It was deliciousThe staff were also very active and attentive. An old man complained to the staff. The man, probably my boss, apologized and said he would warn me as well.I also work in the customer service industry.I think it's a lot of troublePlease do your bestI would like to go again with my children and grandchildren.thank you

I used it on a family trip! I used it during the second half of the Obon holiday. I often get discouraged when I'm traveling with small children, but as soon as I arrive, I'll carry my luggage with a smile on my face. That he would come quickly. Even though the restaurant is supposed to be busy, the kaiseki food comes at a good pace! Shall we prepare a chair for the child even if you don't ask? He responds with a smile. The person in charge of mogumogu was very responsive and I felt comfortable using it! There are play areas for children everywhere, there is a summer festival, there are free drinks, the view from the room is great, and the food is delicious! I was very happy with the pool! The view from the open-air bath was also nice. You can see the river and rice fields from the bath attached to the room, and the view is great! I was wondering if I should take a private bath, but a room bath is enough! The open-air bath was so nice that I only used the bath in my room after swimming, but...you can take a selfie on your way home, so would you like to take a photo? He comes quickly. It was a really child-friendly inn. I would like to stay again. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel comfortable.

I stayed for several nights with my dog.Dinner was seasonal kaiseki, but on the first day we had steak and salt-grilled sweetfish, and on the second day we were treated to different dishes such as roast beef and seafood hotpot. You can enjoy 2 types of baths (3 types if you include changing ones), which is just what you'd expect from a hot spring hotel! I was impressed. I think it's on par with the publicity photo of the bath. At the back of the lobby, there is an Othello machine, massage machines, and children's play equipment, and during the day you can hear children playing in the pool, and at night you can hear adults singing karaoke, making it very lively and enjoyed by all the guests. I could feel it. I think free drinks and free snacks are great services for children. Adults will appreciate the beer service after taking a bath. As for pets, there were plenty of facilities such as a foot washing area and a dog run. If I had to say it, I would appreciate it if there was a trash can with a lid in the room. Overall, we were able to spend a fun summer vacation at this hotel that exceeded our expectations. thank you very much.

It's my first hot spring trip in a long time, which also coincides with my wife's birthday. Since we were two people, the 10 tatami room was spacious. On this day, the hotel was fully booked with families, but since there were multiple attractions such as the pool and the haunted house, we were able to enjoy the open-air bath, dinner and breakfast at a slightly different time. In the evening, we had a satisfying kaiseki meal with salt-grilled sweetfish and sashimi. The soup stock for the single-person hotpot was especially delicious. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety. There was also a full children's menu. Everything was delicious. All the tables filled up in no time. Especially the pudding that looks like a rare cheesecake! I feel like I could eat this forever - I definitely want you to try this. This inn is highly recommended for families with small children.

It was a relaxing place surrounded by nature and lush greenery.Good view from the room. Good food. The customer service was also good, including Mr. K's smiling face. There are a variety of baths available, so you can enjoy your time. There was a small grasshopper floating in the open-air bath, but I gently scooped it up and let it escape. In addition to being warm in the bath, I felt like I had done something good and it warmed my heart. There was one very disappointing thing. This is the toilet in the guest room (Western style room). There was a yellow stain that looked like solidified urine stuck to the bottom of the toilet unit and the joint between it and the floor. It looks like it hasn't been wiped off for a long time.Other than that, it was good, so if there was no need for toilets, I would like to stay as a regular lodging.

I reserved a dog friendly room online. Unfortunately, even though I had selected the summer online gourmet meal, I was mistakenly served a regular kaiseki meal. Also, the dog friendly room is a space where dogs and people can spend time in the same space, and honestly, I would like to be able to partition the room when sleeping.I don't like it when other dogs are sleeping on the futon too...That futon was the worst. I couldn't sleep because of the rice cracker futon and the hard pillow.I will never stay there againEven though it's spacious, there are too many things I don't use.Meals are served in the dining room, so large tables are a nuisance.I would like you to allow a little more time for check-in if you are ready. It was also very disappointing that we couldn't enter the pool or hot spring until check-in.There's nothing to do and it's extremely hot outside so it's hard to kill time. The good news is that the food was delicious and the bathroom was nice. It's been renovated and is fairly clean, and there was hospitality that children would enjoy.
