I just stayed for one night and left.I had a very relaxing time. Although it is not modern, it feels comfortable and hygienic.In the small garden, water lilies are blooming beautifully and mysteriously. The owner explains with a really lovely expression, and you can feel the emotion.

Stay here!! Aime and Somchay are fantastic hosts, it’s like staying at a homestay but with the privacy of a hotel. The rooms are spotless, the garden is beautiful, Aime leaves out snacks for guests and there’s laundry available for 15 baht (detergent is provided!). But most importantly, Aime and Somchay are so kind and are happy to give recommendations for places to eat nearby and anything else you might need. It really makes you feel part of the neighborhood. I was so sad to leave after a few days. Good location if you are arriving/leaving by bus as it’s right next to the bus station. I can’t wait to come back and stay with them again. 🥰 Thank you Aime and Somchay!

room owner Auntie was very kind, friendly, and talked for a long time, but I was very pleased. Too bad I couldn't leave in time.The rooms are reasonably priced, clean rooms, have cabinets, TVs, refrigerators, and free Wi-Fi.Unfortunately I didn't get to take pictures in the room. and room areaIf there is a chance, will go to stay again.

This is an absolutely fantastic place just 1 minute walk to the bus station. Incredible value for money with the room including a fridge, Tv (with good selection of English channels) and just the right amount of furniture. The large bathroom has been recently renovated and has some lovely fixtures and fittings. Free use of bikes. The hostess is probably the most gracious I've ever met. Free tea/coffee and snacks.

In the room there are towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo. The accommodation has a lock on the main door for safety. But there will be a key. When we went, the owner said that they were only accepting 3 rooms so that they could take care of them thoroughly. Easy to travel, close to transportation Near a convenience store If I have to stay in that area, I will choose to stay here again.I didn't take any photos of the room. The hostel has the main door of the hostel is locked for security, but there will be a key. When I went, the owner said today there were only 3 rooms. A wonderful owner, she will take care of everything you need. Access to water for filling bottles, a fridge and AC in the room, if you need a hairdryer just ask. The location is great if you are arriving or departing, right next to the main bus station and close to the train station. Bicycles can be rented. To get to the very center, you can go by bike, scooter or red taxi for about 30 THB

For the first time in a long time of traveling, I felt at home in an unfamiliar country. Her house is filled with an atmosphere of warmth, comfort, and care. Super clean and cozy rooms, free coffee tea and cookies, you can use a bike every day. Convenient location to the bus station, 5 minutes. The stunning beauty of the garden. This is not just a hotel, it is a real retreat center to make your mind peace, it's a home where you want to return. I came for 3 days, stayed for a month and I don't want to leave.

A very clean, family-friendly place with a garden full of freshness and greenery very close to the bus station. The host is super generous and takes great care of her customers with fruits and surprises! 2 bottles of water per day and unlimited everything, free loan of bicycles for walking. The two hosters are very hospitable, I really love the decoration inside, the picture hanging in the room generate a fabulous vibe, very clean, very decent room, I really appreciate the breakfast and sweet potato soup cooked by the female hostess’s mom, very delicious, male hoster is very fluent in mandarin, they are very nice and with their help I finally catched the bus in the last moment to Bangkok. Thank you very much, I will coming back next time I visit Chiang Mai.

The owner and uncle were very kind, and the room was comfortable and clean without any dust. It was a late check-in, but I was grateful that they waited for me and provided me with warm tea as soon as I arrived, saying that the weather was chilly today.Although it is not a state-of-the-art guesthouse, it was equipped with everything you need, including a mirror, hanger, refrigerator, air conditioner, and fan, and the location is right next to the terminal, so there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. I would like to visit again!Lovely owners and super clean, cozy room makes me so warm. Would love to stay again!

Don’t think about whether to go or not just by looking at the pictures^^This is a very clean and comfortable place.It's a reasonable price and a pleasant place.The owner and his wife speak good English and are friendly.Stay overnight at the arcade to go to Pai. Or vice versa, if you are staying here, this is the best place.I will only come here at arcades from now on.
