I found this place while looking for a place to stay for my family of four adults.I will briefly list the pros and cons.merit1. The space is spacious. (It is said that it can accommodate up to 5 people.)2. Close to Matsuyama City Station.3. It is convenient because the surrounding commercial district is well-known.(There is a 7-Eleven right in front.)4. There is a kitchen so you can cook simple meals.disadvantage1. The interior feels a little(?) old and creaks.2. There are no insect screens on the windows, making ventilation difficult at night.3. If you are a light sleeper due to the noisy surroundings, earplugs are not recommended, but required.4. There is no elevator and you have to take the stairs.

Convenient and nice. We stayed at the 2 ldk ( though 3ldk was advertised) I don't really see that as an issue though. Amenities were clean and had some drinks for us. Though no pajamas.The location was great as it was near the bus stop.

Advantages:It's right in front of you after getting off the Korean bus.Right in front of the convenience storeMcDonald's Lotteria, etc. right belowThere are quite a few places to eat nearby.If you go straight back, you will see a shopping street.Unlike other hotels, the room is very spacious.It is equipped with everything including a kitchen, etc.The bathroom is also very clean.disadvantage:It's Saturday... and it looks like people in suits are having a company dinner just downstairs.Very noisy (current time 10:30)The entrance to the 3rd floor is in front of the store on the 2nd floor.Maybe it's because there's a group smoking in front of the door.There is a strong smell of cigarette smoke (you have to open the window in front of the front door on the 3rd floor to ventilate to get rid of it quickly)The corner room has no heating function.A place where disadvantages and advantages coexist
