I went on a weekday when the weather was bad.To pay the fee, put money into the postbox on the road side of Himezuru-so.There are vending machines next to it, so if you don't have coins, you can buy drinks there and make coins. It was foggy so I couldn't see anything, but there was no one around so I had a comfortable time. There is a kitchen and a toilet next to Himetsuru-so, but there is nothing else, so it is a campsite for intermediate to advanced campers. If the weather is good, you can see many stars and the Milky Way...During the day, you can also see a spectacular view of the karst.I couldn't see it 😅I will take revenge again.

A campsite with a spectacular view at an altitude of 1400m.Reception at restaurant + simple accommodation "Himezuruso",Once you fill out the necessary information and pay the extremely high usage fee of 500 yen per tent, you can set up your tent wherever you like.I write my name and phone number on a piece of paper, but wouldn't it be better to do something about it since it's leaking personal information? The restrooms are from Himetsuru-so, and there is only one washing area opposite Himetsuru-so.Both location and number are inconvenient, but I guess it can't be helped since it's deep in the mountains.Since it is a vast campsite, it is important to choose a location close to a water source or a location with a better view.I arrived late and it was busy due to the holidays. It took me about 5 minutes to walk to the toilet because I was only able to camp far from the water source. The toilets are old, have simple flushes, and are not very clean as there are a lot of people using them. When I went there first thing in the morning, it was a little clean, so it seems like they're cleaning it up, but I guess they can't keep up with it.I guess it's because there are a lot of serious campers who go deep into the mountains when it's likely to get cold.Even though there were so many people, most of them had good manners. It may be a little different in the summer. There are some places along the way where you can't pass each other, so it's hell on busy days and times. As a result, many people arrive at different times,Cars and motorcycles come in even in the evening or after dark. All garbage must be taken home.As it is written on the website, when preparing for cold weather, please assume that it will be about 5℃ colder than the weather forecast for Kumakogen. When I went, the forecast for Kumakogen was for a minimum temperature of 13℃ on the first day and 9℃ on the second day.The temperature dropped to 9℃ on the night of the first day and 5℃ on the morning of the second day.

Campsite in the sky.A restaurant or a small shop carI've come so far and I'm so fulfilled. There are sites above and below, but this timeUse the wide auto site below.Although it is spacious, there is a difference in height, so there are toilets and kitchen areas. You have to climb a certain distance to get there.I think the site above is recommended.Needless to say, it is a spectacular view.Take photos of sunset and sunriseAlthough it was mid-October this time, the nights were quite cold.Cold weather gear such as down jackets were required. There was so much morning dew that there was a puddle on the chair.Things you shouldn't get wet before going to bedLet's go inside the tent.Foxes appear. Some of the ingredients are goneMaybe it was wiped out.

It was really good! We recommend staying for several nights to relax. It was quite cold in October, so I recommend going with plenty of winter gear.I could see a little of the sea of clouds in the morning. The starry sky was amazing. We also saw many shooting stars.

No reservations required Check in Check out You can camp at a low price with no strings attached. The situation may also be the best in Shikoku. The toilet is a little far away (behind Himetsuru-so) and the kitchen is only available at some camp sites.Access is honestly not good at all.In the case of overnight camping, the manager will not be present at night.Additionally, troubles during the night will be left to the police. It's not an assault or murder case, and the police are uncooperative. This is because it is very difficult to access and is quite far from the nearest police station. In that case, there is nothing we can do about the noise at night. If you say it can't be helped because it's famous, it might be true, but if it's a day camp, it might be possible. It's great for situations, so I think it's great for day camping and chairing.I think there is no doubt about that.It might be better to have something to split firewood with when camping overnight ()
