First, the road to the hotel is too narrow.I'm doing my best to separate 💦The room was dirty and there was no concept of amenities.There was no Wi-Fi, so I was watching TV, but the picture on the CRT was poor and I didn't have the remote control.This is a rip off for 5350 yen.This is a hotel you should not stay at.

I used this place because it was cheap, but my female friend and I stayed in two separate rooms.One night, there was a cockroach in my room, but since there was no one at the front desk, I had no choice but to ask for help from a friend.Even after I chased it out into the hallway, it kept coming back into the room.In the end, I couldn't sleep and ended up in my friend's room. We slept together.The next day when I went to the front desk to complain, they didn't apologize and just told me that the person who had stayed there before had some food left behind.There are no amenities in the room, and toothbrushes and shampoo are not available for a fee.The drain flow in the shower and sink was also poor.Not even tissues were provided, which was zero hospitality, and I decided not to use this place again.

I went to Matsuyama for work during Golden Week.Since I wanted to go out for drinks after work, I decided to stay here instead of making a day trip."Our hotel has a curfew at 10 p.m.""Due to the coronavirus, it's 10 p.m."I don't understand. Customer service is also not good.In the end, I couldn't come to an agreement and couldn't go back to the hotel, so I asked for some cash back."As we stated at the reception regarding the use of our hotel, we are unable to provide refunds."``Our hotel will charge money even for those who do not stay at the hotel.''I ended up staying at Necafe and spending the night there, but I will never use it again, and this hotel...I do not recommend any use.As other people's reviews said, this was the first time in my life that it was this bad.We hope that this review will help those who are planning to make a reservation before they suffer any damage.

When I checked in, I was told, ``The curfew is at 10 o'clock, so please come back before then.'' I made a reservation on Rakuten, but I don't think there was any information about curfew. When I asked him why, he said, ``It's a safety measure at a time like this.'' I wish they would have made it clear when making a reservation. There are no amenities in the room, and the toilet does not have a washlet.After eating, I took a taxi. At that time, I received a phone call from the hotel. When I told him I was taking a taxi back, he said ok, and arrived a few minutes later. I was in a hurry and checked out earlier than planned.

I don't think you can complain because it's the price or the price.However, these days there is no washlet, no Wi-Fi, and no amenities!The TV was a 14-inch cathode ray tube from a while ago. And it's only 100 yen per hour! !That's impossible!
