I stayed there in October 2024 while walking the pilgrimage route.Both the exterior and interior are obviously old, but you can stay there for a cheap price of 4,000 yen (as of October 2024) without meals, and when I called to make a reservation, I was treated very courteously.thank you very much!

cheap hotels(As of August 2020) Cash only 4,000 yenI stay at various hotels on business trips, but I'm grateful that I stayed here on the weekends, regardless of the busy season, for just 4,000 yen for a room without meals. Recommended for those who suddenly came to Uwajima.It doesn't matter if you have your own travel pack, but if you don't, it's a lonely amenity. It may be difficult for women.In Nanyo, this price is about 4,300 yen in Yawatahama, and about 5,000 to 7,000 yen in other places.If you stay here, you only have to go for one dinner for the same price as other hotels.Recommended for people who only want to sleep in a hotel.By the way, the hot water won't come out unless you turn on the shower.It's okay at night, but if you want to take a shower in the morning, you have to tell the receptionist or they won't give you hot water.It's probably a cheap hotel run by a parent and child.

Thank you for taking care of me on my first solo trip to Shikoku from Tohoku.They were very kind and I was able to spend a very relaxing time in the old-fashioned building. It is also highly recommended for access to tourist spots such as Uwajima's roadside station, restaurants, Hiroshi Date, and Warei Shrine!

Even though I made a reservation on the same day, they kindly accommodated me. The staff were also calm and made me feel comfortable. There are shopping streets and pubs nearby, so the location was good.

Close to Uwajima Castle, the arcade, and Uwajima Station. There are many eateries around.To be honest, the rooms are a little small and the facilities are old. No shampoo.What's especially noteworthy is that the hotel owner's family provides massages in the hotel's treatment room. You can receive a high-quality massage without having to go to another store.

Horrible. Don’t recommend to stay here! Our room was dirty, without proper cleaning after previous visitors. There were hair in the bathroom and in our beds.Also we stayed on a very cold day and the old air conditioner didn’t work properly, so it was very cold in the room. After complaining about it the stuff gave us an oil heater, which was very old too and smelled horribly.
